🧨JUST START HERE (This Will Fix ANY Shoulder Issue)…but you have to begin HERE.
    .
Every day this week I’m dropping the next level in my shoulder protocol. Everything that I’ve done with clients, patients, and myself.
    .
The preface to all of this is, that you pay it forward, that’s it.
    .
This is LEVEL 1, and regardless of the shoulder issue that you’re experiencing, you need to begin here.
    .
If the shoulder joint isn’t sitting in the right position (centralized joint position) all the fancy rehab on the planet won’t help.
    .
This first level opens up the range of motion that your shoulder is designed to have, and then begins basic strength around the new range of motion.
    .
This is gonna seem easy. Good.
    .
However, you still need to start here, because otherwise, you’ll end up building strength on a crooked platform.
    .
Their are three rules to follow:
    1. Do everything perfectly because you’re training your CNS.
    2. This is never a ‘warm up’ never ever ever ever never ever…get it?
    3. Only move to the next level once the level you’re on becomes easy.
    .
Do this 3 times each week…this is the way (what’s that from 😉).
    .
    1️⃣ Spartan Shoulder Opener - 2 min
    2️⃣ Internal Rotation Reset - 2 min
    3️⃣ Posterior Capsule Release - 2 min
    4️⃣ Plank Tap - 30 reps
5️⃣ Side Plank - 30 sec per side
    6️⃣ Floor Vee - 30 reps
    .
Pay it forward and help someone else. 🙏
    .
    Throttle Up
    .

People like you amaze me. Quality content that isn’t behind a pay wall?? I really appreciate the work you do man. Being a kid who never cared about physical activity ever, it’s beginning to show its ugly head in my adulthood. You have really helped me out with your content. I’m eternally grateful.

Been boxing for 30 years and thought I needed operations on both shoulders until I discovered Trev's videos... the resistance band and long stick drills have put my shoulders in a better place than they were 10 years ago... hitting the heavy bag and sleeping again feels amazing ... big thanks

I just wanted to let you know, yesterday I started step 1. At the 1min 30sec mark I had to stop. Thought I was going to hurl. I've been in pain for years now, diagnosed with arthritis in both shoulders and moderate tear in my R rotator cuff. My GP and myself agree that surgery is not necessary, against what the shoulder surgeon thinks. I've weened myself off of the NSAIDS ,and I'm trying your methods for shoulder repair and stability. I had the best sleep last night and wanted to thank you. I plan to continue this routine. Thanks for sharing your information.

Been rotating through your shoulder videos for about 4 months with steady improvement, but still way short of of overhead position with left arm. Having these starting point videos is a tremendous help. Not sure about reps and sets for a couple of these though. Really appreciate your work. Thank you

Have a banged up shoulder for years from strongman, stopped competing as I have been unable to lift anything heavy without pain and loss of mobility, tried most things to get it functional again but been doing this for the last 5 days and noticeably can see a difference which has amazed me, may take a few more weeks but I'm optimistic with this one good content 👍

Love this video! I had frozen shoulder a while back and had THE shot! Off to physical therapy for 8 weeks and now I have my life back. I’m back to free weights and my arm/ shoulder is finally looking like my good shoulder. Your exercises are spot on to keep the shoulder at its best! I will definitely incorporate this into my daily workouts! Thank you for sharing!

Hey. First of all I have to say that you have by far the best content regarding joint pain in general. Your knee exercises have literally made me pain free after 15 years. Thank you! The question for these exercises is do I always repeat all the exercises or only the ones that cause discomfort? The only exercise I struggle with is the last one... Thank you and best regards.

YES- THIS WORKS! -If you’re like me, and you look in the comments for confirmations of success, I can attest that this works. I didn’t get an official diagnosis- but I did something to my shoulder where I couldn’t lift my arm for about a week, and then continued to have limited motion with pain.
If you do this routine and move on to level 2 when level one gets easy, this will work- it may take months, but if you’re patient, and consistent- it will work! Just commit to it, and give yourself time. I also added “cat/cow” and “thread the needle” yoga poses, but that’s it.

I know this is old. I have been doing some of your other videos. Inhave impingement and biceps tendinitis on my right side. Tried this first stretch and it killed. Could not even get my head to the level of my arms. Push through or just do what I can without pain? Thanks! Loving your videos so far.

Any suggestions if, when trying to do the “V” slides, one arm/wrist doesn’t get anywhere near the floor? Complete with pain in the rear of shoulder. Fwiw that shoulder had a bicep tendonisis (sp?) where the frayed top of the bicep is cut off, and re-attached on the humorous (apologies for all the possible mis-spellings). Thanks very much to anyone who has battled thru similar thing - would like the range of motion back.

Hey not sure if you still check this but I have some shoulder pain when throwing a ball, only when throwing very hard. How many times a week should this be done and if the sleeper stretch slightly hurts the shoulder (3/10 pain) should it still be done or no? Thank you so much for the incredible content!!!

Couple questions... The first routine tends to aggravate my left arm impingement. Not always but can... Is this a problem or should I just get on with it.
The second routine makes my shoulder blades dig into the floor. Should I use a thicker mat and carry on or what adjustment should I make?. Thanks

In the second stretch, with hands under the lower back, what muscles are we stretching? I have a significant imbalance, with my right shoulder being much higher off the ground.
Does anyone know what muscle is likely to be causing this restriction? And are there any other stretches to target it?
