    Solid breakdown guys. Exactly how i lay it out for my clients. Especially the ones who nocebo themselves if they have a bad night of sleep. Optimize sleep if possible, if not, don't stress it. The research simply doesn't show a clear or significant picture, and I've found generally the way you percieve sleep deprivation tends to influence the results to some degree

    Man, I wish I could sleep for 6hrs everyday for 4 months.

      As a parent to a young child, consistently getting 6 hours per night would be a dream come true.

    3:40 they could have easily just selected parents of newborns (before the birth compared to after the birth) to make a comparison of sleep quality on hypertrophy

    Literally read the video title of this in the middle of an intense yawn and now I'm filled with an overwhelming feeling of guilt..god damn it

    Sleep is the biggest recovery tool. That being said, how much you need varies between people and their stress, responses, etc. Missing a few nights is OK. Sleeping 6 instead of 8 is probably OK. Chronic sleep issues can be problematic.
