As far quality is concerned no brand should say that thier quality in terms of fabric and can not be copied. Its possible to achieve same quality as any brand if rip off use same fabric and good sewing and finish. It not something that gymshark is using any special fabrics and sewing techniques which are patent by them. So in nut shell if you can get same quality for better price one should go for it.

One of the key problems with logos being SVG format a vector based source code, allows fraudsters to convert that SVG file into an illustrator vector file and create fakes. This also be for any brand material that uploads pdfs with vector elements such as the camo print to be used in the manner.
To be fair I have a gymshark pair of camo leggings $95 alone, and a $20 amazon bra/ leggings set in the same Colour. And they’re identical just no logo, and half the times my gymshark logos come off in the wash unless they’re embroidered. No difference in quality and huge price difference. Think the activewear game has stepped up a lot ! Less justification to be buying $95 leggings 😂
And when they’re identical to the $20 set over $100 saving. So that’s a pretty big difference when you’re just paying for the brand if there’s identical styles elsewhere for things like camo.

Question the the masses - I’m a bigger dude, and so far I’ve only been unlucky ordering from Gymshark when it comes to sizing, even the bigger sizes. What would be a line that has looser sizing?

Obviously you lose lots of money because of the fakes of your brand that are in the market, but this is not an excuse to misslead the people. I buy lots of products from chinese suppliers, and even if something is your design, i doubt that you can patent anything else apart from the logo. I dont encourage anyone to buy fakes of your brand, but if its not branded or other brand logo i dont see any issue. So if someone buys these camo leggings from other website or directly from china its very very likely to be exactly same quality as yours but on much cheaper price. And also you cant claim that your products have amazing quality, but when you check your trust pilot rating to find out almost all reviews are for exchange because of ripping off on the leggings. The other thing about the chemicals and labour is even more ridicilous so i wont even comment it. With the great power comes great responsibility, so as a pioneer in seamless you cant complain that everyone else will sell same products, especialy when they are so easily accesible and cost so less and you sell them expensive. Most of chinese suppliers ask for 3000 pcs minimum quantity per new design, so ofcourse all the small brands cant afford that. its easy to judge when your grown. I would be interested to know two things, why the suppliers market is flooded with your designs and can you do something at all to stop it ? And who is responsible for this the suppliers or the resellers ? I am almost sure you cant regulate anything in country like China, but would be intersting to hear your opinion. And question two is how do you deal with the rip offs, why this happen so often even on skinny people, how many refunds you make to keep the client happy even if the replacment breaks and is your supplier accountable for that or you cover your loses with the higher prices?
