I strayed from Carnivore for Thanksgiving and Christmas and I am in a very dark depressed state of mind. First deep depression in years…..Carnivore heals, you just need to be consistent…. Back on eating good again. 🥩❤️🥩❤️🥩❤️🥩❤️

It's the pathogenic bacteria. They cannot thrive on fat and protein.

I keep having doubts about carnivore and after more than 6 months eating mostly carnivore, I realize that my insecurities will never go away. That's fine if I have enough reasons to have the confidence to keep being carnivore myself. Your stories help me to keep believing in carnivore, thank you for sharing!

All I saw at a first glance was flying pyramids 😂
I’m on day 643 of a Carnivore Diet!
❤ everything you are doing to continue spreading the healing news ❤
What we don’t know we don’t know… that is the prison of suffering!
Unfortunately many with ears cannot hear and eyes cannot see, beyond their belief!
Sadly healing cannot be found by many without first seeking ❤

DR. KILTZ, thank you for having Adam Lacy on. Golden words come out of his mouth. I listen and learn from him. Yesterday I heard him say he can’t have dairy because it creates acne and on his back. Wow, eye opening. Blessings to you both.

Great conversation and inspiration testimony. Why is the carnivore diet heals us. I been Carnivore for 5 months now. I was Inspired by Dr. Berry and Kerry Mann from Homestead How. I lost 50lbs even though I'm haven't made it to my goal weight yet but I am at my lowest weight in 29 years since I've been in high school. The inflammation is gone and pretty much done taking blood pressure medication. It also inspired me to share my journey on UA-cam and I started a channel called Broken Carnivore and today I decided to share my journey with my family and friends on Facebook and it's amazing when you can be a huge inspiration and encourager. Thank you for sharing your journey and knowledge.

Love you guys and the carnivore diet. Regarding spirituality that you guys talked about, I have found that the carnivore diet has increased my love for my Catholic faith...still on a spiritual high from Midnight Mass. God Bless and Merry Christmas!!!

Thanks for sharing this. 👍 Carnivore diet is the best choice for healing many many illnesses besides losing weight. Most doctors really need to be educated about the carnivore diet.

Me and my family own across the hall cafe in downtown syracuse. We dont use seed oils for anything on the grill and use 73/27 beef. Burgers are on me if you stop in 👊

Help, I eat beef, butter, bacon and eggs. Occasionally chicken, sardines and fish. Salt to taste.
    Take extra magnesium glycinate.
Problem is cramping in calves of legs. Can be very bad.
Not sure what else to do.
Any suggestions? Not sure why this is happening unless too much magnesium.

Try adding potassium. I take a rounded 1/4 tsp of Now potassium citrate powder twice a day. It helped me with cramps.

Try adding potassium and other electrolytes

Not being funny, but try sipping seawater.
Sea water contains 80 odd minerals (electrolytes) in perfect balance.
I live by the sea. I sip seawater before going to bed and when I get up and it prevents cramps.
I dilute it with 1 cup of seawater to 3 cups fresh, to make it the same salinity as blood and drink this as electrolytes, as needed through out the day.
Swimmers and surfers accidentally ingest about a cup of water while doing so. So this is natural and ancestral.
You can buy concentrated seawater solution, a bit expensive though.

@@magicauckland Not funny at all, great idea! One can also make 'sea water' by dissolving sea salt in water - which is what I do. All the water I drink has sea salt in it, I love the taste, put it in my coffee also; I've never had cramps :)

I believe he felt the carnivore diet helped his vitiligo? I'm curious because I developed vitiligo after a year on carnivore - on my chest. I don't know if this is just coincidence; but I've never had this before anywhere. Anyone have any input?

I must defend the Catholic Church. It educated millions of working class Americans for generations for virtually zero tuition. The parish supported the schools and the nuns collected minimum stipends. That kind of education would cost families today a fortune. Complain as they will about the nuns, they got accepted into good colleges.
