Ground bison & ground lamb are great options. Also, good beef franks are a budget friendly option. Excited to have RFK jr. on board, ready to work to Make America Healthy Again !
Tallow products are increasing exponentially on Amazon now it seems. Tallow is all I use on my skin & scalp anymore. Great results... even for healing and as a hair styling product. Love Rachel!
They never told me not to eat meat when I was pregnant. They did say no Tuna or shellfish. However, in my second pregnancy, every bit of meat would immediately come right back up. I craved mostly fruit (nectarines specifically). My daughter (now 16) eats a lot of fruit and veg still. She does eat meat, as she is a competitive hockey player and understands the importance, but she doesn’t particularly enjoy it.
@ she just doesn’t particularly enjoy it. She sometimes seems to force herself to have some meat because she does know the importance of quality protein.

Does she really not enjoy eating meat or does she think she's supposed to not enjoy meat?
