Good day po.I admire your powerful emphasis of relating your topics.Meron lang po sana gustong maliwanagan tungkol sa public domain ng tabing dagat , ilog at sapa.Karapatan ba ng
Mga namumuno ng barangay na magpatayo ng mga resthouses sa mga shorelines at riverbanks na gilid ng mga private lands/properties.Ang katwiran ng barangay chairman, ito daw ay public domain kaya may karapatan ang kapitan at mga kagawad na magpatayo ng mga resthouses.Basta na lang nagpatayo sila na hindi nagpaslam sa mga landowners .Maraming salamat po, sa inyo maipapayo.
