Ang pgkasulat ng batas art.16 ay kung ang sbi nyo s first paragraph ay ....where it is "situated" or located sana instead of where is it stipulated as in kung saan isinulat ? MALI nga po So KAILANGAN amend or for CORRECTION ang maling word n ginamit db
