Thanks for the very useful information. Still, it's not clear to me how to mitigate/improve different pathway if, say, I have mutation on some pathways. Also could you please kindly address the relationship between the fat solvable vitamins (especially A, D, and K) in future episode(s)? Thanks agian.

There are very specific interventions for each step and it is just too much to simply list in this reply. In clinic we go through these in detail with our patients, but the interventions are across diet, lifestyle and key supplementation. I will certainly consider doing a future episode about other fat soluble vitamins. Thanks for listening

More scaremongering over high doses is THE PROBLEM! Traditional Maasai, living in our species evolutionary Tropical African region, maintain ~50ng/ml from conception to death, with pregnant/lactating mothers raising LEVELS even higher!
Most of the world suffers insufficient to deficient levels leaving us at risk of endless conditions.
It is not “sun” it is specifically the very short “UVB” rays, which black out from longer distances through our atmosphere in Temperate+ winters.

In US, any lab can test the important inactivated form.

Ulta lab is the cheapest one that I use.
