I've been looking forward to this video for a while! A few statements really stood out that'll help me continue to improve my facilitation skills and that anyone else can immediately implement, too: 1. "Bubble up the biggest issues." -> focus on the #1 priority! Cut the rest. 2. "Problem proposition + Root issue." -> this is so important and it needs to be prepped ahead of time. What's the *true* problem we need to solve? What's the *true* root cause? Having this prepped ahead of time allows the entire team to immediately begin discussing the problem, not discussing what the problem actually is. 3. "What you tolerate, persists." -> I'm going to hang this quote on my wall! So good.
How can you facilitate better meetings?
