Hi! It’s very dependent on your stove and pan so you’ll have to gauge it by the color.

What are the measurement fir the ingredients?

As the gujiya is made of milk.. it can be kept for how many days?
You can keep it in the fridge for a couple of weeks easily. If keeping it at room temperature, I wouldn’t recommend more than 3-5 days.
Also Richa, if you want to keep it at room temp longer just use water. Won’t make too much a difference in taste. ☺️
