    Thank you for this recipe. I love it. Will definitely try it. Its quite expensive here... and rarely find it... but it is my favorite diwali sweet...

      Hi! It’s very dependent on your stove and pan so you’ll have to gauge it by the color.

    As the gujiya is made of milk.. it can be kept for how many days?

      You can keep it in the fridge for a couple of weeks easily. If keeping it at room temperature, I wouldn’t recommend more than 3-5 days.

      Also Richa, if you want to keep it at room temp longer just use water. Won’t make too much a difference in taste. ☺️
