I think the "I cannot cry cause the shoulder cries more" could also be a reference to losing the shoulder he would have cried on earlier (Tarja) but obviously she was hurting herself and would not be there anymore. But, your interpretation of the other band members crying too and therefore he had to all it in is also a good one. "2nd robber to the right of Christ" is difficult - could be referring to Judas in Leonardo da Vinci's fresco "the last supper" or to the penitent thief crucified on the cross to the right of christ. Don't know either... We better call Tuomas and ask him 😀 I am so pleased that you mentioned Floor's incredible delivery of the lyrics at the Wembley concert. Not to disregard the whole band prestation, Marko's vocal, Emppu and Marko checking and supporting Tuomas.while the piece is played.

Great review of the album. Once this album clicked with me and I settled into it not long after it came out I really liked it. Anette Olson is a class act ,not only because of the way she performed on this album but the way she filled a rather large pair of boots. Since leaving Nightwish she has put out some very solid albums. Great album, cheers May.
Thank you for watching! Anette is often glossed over when it comes to Nightwish, but I agree, she had very big shoes to fill and was able to add a different flavor to the music that was so unique.
I think you are pretty close to the story with your analysis even though nobody knows it exactly except him. He has such oceans within so great that he started new beginning. It was so painful cause Tarja was his childhood friend from the same small circles they lived in and also with Emppu they three founded Nightwish to make true their dreams.
