So tis is the huge Problem with our System. Everyone wants to be financially secured but the people in a high paying job can work with their Money. But what about the Jobs that keep society working like construction workers, Farmers, Plumbers, cleaners and so on. What about those people, they don’t have any chance going into real-estate. Do you have any Tips for people in common Jobs.

Hi Sean. Can you tell me the difference between a conventional loan and a FHA loan?

FHA loan requires typically 5% down typically used for first time home buyers

An FHA loan is a loan insured by the Federal Housing Adminstration. A conventional loan is just a normal home loan from a bank. Both FHA loans and conventional loans have pros and cons. FHA loans have: lower interest rates, a 3.5% down payment, more flexible credit score minimum. But, uncancellable PMI, can only be used for housing. Conventional loans have: a minimum down payment of 3%, allow you to finance any property, PMI is removed once equity hits 20%. But, you need a higher credit score, have higher interest rates, lower debt to income ratio.
