    What's the BEST side hustle for 2024?

    The Lockheed Martin/Boeing F-22 Raptor is an American single-seat, twin-engine, supersonic all-weather stealth fighter aircraft developed for the United States Air Force (USAF). As a product of the USAF's Advanced Tactical Fighter (ATF) program the aircraft was designed as an air superiority fighter, but also incorporates ground attack, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence capabilities. The prime contractor, Lockheed Martin, built most of the F-22's airframe and weapons systems and conducted final assembly, while program partner Boeing provided the wings, aft fuselage, avionics integration, and training systems.
    The aircraft first flew in 1997 and was variously designated F-22 and F/A-22 before it formally entered service in December 2005 as the F-22A. Although the USAF had originally planned to buy a total of 750 ATFs, the program was cut to 187 production aircraft in 2009 due to high costs, a lack of air-to-air missions at the time of production, and the development of the more affordable and versatile F-35.[N 2] The last aircraft was delivered in 2012. After a protracted development and initial operational difficulties, the F-22 became a critical component of the USAF's tactical airpower and will remain a cornerstone of the fighter fleet until its succession by the crewed Next Generation Air Dominance fighter.

    6:27 Well i would add up a point here sean freelancing can be expanded by making it to the next level, creating an agency and having more similar freelancers to work for you. And you pay them. So it's then like a software house.
    But to come at this stage you have to work hard. Its not like side thing to do. You can only succeed in it until you give your full time and potential.

    • @seanlovesrealestate
      @seanlovesrealestate  Місяць тому +1

      True, but then you have to make sure the people you hire can perform at or above your level of quality. Otherwise your clients will get mad and you'll lose trust

    11:18 people in ritzy neighborhoods throw good stuff in the garbage all the time. I know people who would go collect good stuff and sell it in a garage sale every week. I remember a dealer who showed up and bought everything at a garage sale I was attending.

    • @seanlovesrealestate
      @seanlovesrealestate  Місяць тому

      Sounds like a niche market and not something that is scalable or easy to start unless you know that kind of info. Not something I would recommend to beginners

      Garbage not garage in the first line. Auto correct strikes again.

      @@seanlovesrealestate It won't scale because other poor people will see and copy. I used to own a building on a busy road and when someone left an apartment full of stuff I would put it at the road, clothes in clear bags, and most of it would go away by garage night.

    I feel like some of these are more like full time job rather than side hustle. And you forgot to mention ride sharing or food & package delivery side hustle!!

    • @seanlovesrealestate
      @seanlovesrealestate  Місяць тому

      True, but i think ride sharing (Uber/Lyft) and food delivery (Postmates, Doordash) aren't the best side hustles. You're trading time for money and not that much money after considering all of your costs (gas, car maintenance, etc). I would rank them low.

    17:24 If you're not highly competent don't teach. If you're very entertaining pick something you're really good at.

    • @seanlovesrealestate
      @seanlovesrealestate  Місяць тому

      I think if you look deep down inside, there's something you can teach. And I don't think you need to be an expert at a field to be a teacher, just good enough to get people to the next level. i.e. there are tons of people who teach music or English online but they aren't professionals or certified English teachers. Once you can get people past the first step, they can go to others to get to the next level.

      @@seanlovesrealestate There are 2 kind of investors in the stock market, value investing and speculators. Warren Buffett is a valve investor. Warren Buffett refers to a book called The Intelligent Investor and common sense. Speculators speculate, know that for every big win someone else lost big. The little people usually end up losing their shirt because the big investors are better at playing the game.
      People in the field who have experience and politicians who have prior knowledge of what companies stimulus money will be given to which company.
