@@goldengoddess1723 Yes indeed. Look at her mouth movements and eyes.
The Defendant's father told the Plaintiff he, the Defendant, stole their TV. Still the Plaintiff lets the Defendant stay and then the TV which is in the Plaintiff's house is returned to the Defendant's father as the father says he will accept the TV with no issue ie prob wont press charges. The Plaintiff had no prob with the Defendant being a thief. Seems they had similar characters...maybe both complicit on theft of TV. But when her daughter's phone goes missing she has a problem. When the heat is put on the Defendant he gets the sister to place the phone back in the house. My guess.
Everyone's stoned in this episode...
😂😂😂😂😂High as a kite in the beautiful blue cloudy sky!!
Her holding her head is the mood for the whole case.
It one thing when you make really bad life choices for yourself, but when you make those choices around your kids maybe you shouldn’t have kids.
I feel like this is the level of communication and patience a kindergarten teacher must possess, but instead of trying to turn non-sense into something for 2 people they have 20+
As a former teacher, I find this insulting! 😂😂😂
I feel like I’m on drugs just by watching this case 😂
Lol me too!!!
Your comment is hilarious.😂
Me too , I am looking around for my other arm which seems to have disappeared.
rofl l was so mad at this plaintiff bc of having this around her daughtr.. but you made me laugh..
(thanx)
The entire family should be the poster child of why you do not do drugs. Wow
"Why was the phone in the spice rack?" Because where we put things when we get high.
I can see that this woman is in court... but I have no idea what planet she is on. Defendant is sketchy, but the plaintiff has rocks in her head.
Homegirl is high as hell & I'm surprised the judge didn't call her out.
Sounds like birds of a feather flock together.
🦅 🦅 🦅 they are flying HIGH
How in the high off this planet hell did any of these people make it to court this day?! None of this makes sense! None of it! I can’t follow any of it?! Hope the kids have some sort of external support because this is so sad
Same here. I’m still trying to figure out what the hell is going on 🤯🤯🤯
I’m worried about how they got there. These people should not be driving on the road with us
Wow. Look how dilated the plaintiff's eyes are under bright lights! I think she's on something, too.
You can have a heart and still not be stupid.
I'm sorry. I haven't watched the whole video yet. But the defendant is as high as a kite. The plaintiff is high n Mom sitting behind her is just as high.
Everyone in this case was high... including Harvey...
@@AnneOhn123 Lmao, you better leave Harvey alone😂.
@@AnneOhn123 Screaming 😂🤣😂
@@AnneOhn123 🤣🤣
ive commented this before, but i'm always impressed at how the judge can keep up with these stories....
This case is giving me a headache. My head is spinning. Everyone is a lil out there. Dam,I need a xanax and a drink during and after this case. DAM😵🙃😳
Same
I've got some adderal for sale, and if you need a new phone....
bad combination, xanax and booze! baaaaad combination!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@MrMaddox57 yeah but a lot of fun. You just won't remember it the next day.🥴🤪
SHAME on the People's Court for giving these drug addicts a platform. They are ALL criminals and I hope they forwarded this case to CPS to take her kid away.. it's the least they could do.
No sorry your way too harsh🙏
The guy with the mic at end is a savage sometimes 🤣
I need this case to be on Judge Mathis 👨🏽⚖️
What kind of parents allow a virtual stranger to stay under the same roof as their small children?! 😳 They're lucky he didn't molest their children! 😡 Completely ridiculous and disgusting all around. Protect your children at all costs. You can never be too careful! 😤
So damn true! I've come to find that you never really know who someone is because you never know if they are living a secret double life they keep hidden.
But also it is said that people who are closet to you for the most part are more risk to groom your child(ren) and all.
Drug users. CPS needs to visit them
Drug addicts.
"I KNOW a crack-head when I see one" Judge Mathis. BTW, why is the defendant falling asleep ?? His left arm is gone.
Lmfao
that's why he's falling asleep, because his left arm is gone.
@@isawaofayhangingaround I knew there was a reason.....LOL
I was scrolling looking for an arm comment. I wanna know what happened to it too.😂
@@Diva8204 Thank you !! I thought I was the only one. Although, I only received one mean reply. Actually, I only noticed it, as I was finishing my post. I was going to make a joke. Anyone remember "Dr. Richard Kimble" & the one-armed murderer, whom he said murdered his poor pregnant wife. The program was based on a true story, "The Fugitive", the real doctor was Dr. Sam Sheppard of Ohio. BTW, I DO believe Dr. Sheppard DID, INDEED, murder his wife, Marilyn. Sorry I got off track, Toby.
Insanity. CPS needed to get involved with this family. 😡
"I have a heart"= "We're using buddies". They all are. That's why the husband accused the wife in the very beginning and the Judge picked up on that right away.
The plantiff sounds like she uses as well. Her testimony was soooo 🤔 how should I say this, HIGHLY charged 🤦🏾♀️
This case was suppose to go to Judge Mathis.
YALL CRACKHEADS!!
-Judge Mathis
Judge Mathis would have asked at least ALMOST immediately: "Ma'am, are you high today? How about you sir....you take anything today?" sad for the child. Mathis would have nailed these two head on from the beginning.
The mom's reaction at 7:37 took me out... 😂
First red flag is he got kicked out of his old place. Just like someone who can't get a phone in their own name. Run, lock the doors, and don't interact. Deadbeat alert.
Judge Mathis: YOU A CRACKHEAD MA'AM YOUR HIGH RIGHT NOW DON'T COME IN HERE WITH THIS FOOLISHNESS 😒 😂😂😂😂😂
Perfect!
I read this in his voice 🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂

Wow what a great mother. Bringing a user into her home where she has an 11 year old daughter. Mother of the year candidate
Spoiler alert - Doug's moment exposes the truth. It sounds like the dude came over for a Xmas party.....the plaintiff is out of her mind, making up some story about him getting kicked out of his parents house and the stolen TV. Burning the box as evidence? It was obviously the sister who stole the phone!....and then Grandma has to tell Doug that it's her house on the way out, like she wants credit for hosting or staging this calamity. OMG! For real!
good thinking
Those litigants were the town council of Trailer Park Central!! 🤪
Doug called them "stupid" 👏🏾🤣🤣🤣
Save your time!
She’s a junkie. His a junkie. Lots of scattered stories. The end.
Both Plaintiff and Defendants are BASKET CASES. 😂
Doug kills me.
KILLS ME!!
When he said to her “well that was pretty stupid” 😂😂😂
He doesn’t bother with shade. He full on brings it in the open! What a great job!
Most older white men don't know what shade is,😆sis. They just give it to ya straight
@@JustBree716 it’s hilarious and refreshing tho isn’t it?
Is she suing a one armed, homeless man. Who’s clearly disheveled.
I love it, lol.
😂😂😂😂😭😭😭😭😭😭
There's got to be more to this ,you don't just bring drug addicts into your home
Unless your on drugs to 😳
Sounds like party central 🤣
The way the plaintiff’s witness is in the background looking like they’re having a whole conversation with themselves at 15:50 😂😂
shes on drugs herself. so she let him stay in her house so she can do all this herself and have someone to blame it on...
That was the most funniest segment that I have seen on this show, the plaintiff was making up lies as she went on
