- The plaintiff brings his neighbor to court. He says they’ve had problems over parking because there’s one space that can fit two cars, but the defendant always parks in the middle of the spot so there’s no room for him. He claims the defendant scratched his car and caused thousands of dollars in damage. The plaintiff is suing for damages. The defendant argues the plaintiff acts like the parking spot is only his. She says she didn’t scratch the car.

I saw her give emotional distress. I think it was that case where the stupid lady defendant harbored a runaway and caused mass hysteria with police looking for her (a teen girl). The parents of the girl were the plaintiffs and got $5000.
Chabellie looks 14 years old, and acts like a 14 year old. She keyed the man's car, then ran, then came to court and told a bald face lie.

@@Sunintheam8if I'm not mistaken she will have to pay the show back the judgement. The show pays upfront as an incentive to be on the show and the winner doesn't have to wait and possibly get small payments. But the looser still has to pay.
@dominiquerichardson4250 every time I've Googled who pays the judgment specifically on The People's Court the information says the show pays the judgment. This often helps the plaintiff that wins because they don't have to pursue payment from defendants that otherwise don't have the resources to pay the judgment.
