Nice video. I appreciate all the detail. I always remove the negative terminal first, and replace it last. I learned that lesson in ‘76, blowing up the battery in my ‘66 Mustang. Thanks to that incident, I have tinnitus in my left ear. I realize you had the main fuse out, but it’s good to always do it the right way.
Great video. My bike is a 2015 HD limited. After removing the two plastic tray bolts, I was able to move all the wires out of the way easily while the cables were still connected to it. Thanks for the fuse tip!
Thanks for the video and detailed recommendations for replacing the battery, many miss the position of the ignition, disconnecting the fuse and the rest. You are all very detailed and well, didn't miss anything.
Congrats for your interesting vid, sir ! On my Road King 2004, equipped with alarm, do I must carry on the same procedure ? (main switch on, than fuse out, isnt't it?) Stay well and have a safety ride 💪😉
Joshua Gordon Factory 47. They’re way better looking than stock, but the Mrs. bangs her new when climbing on/off occasionally. Note: They’re still on there, though... ;)

It had been about four years since I replaced the battery. Damn if I didn’t have to watch this vid to remind myself of where it is.
I'd reconnect the positive first; good habit for all batteries. Good detail and presentation.
Thank you for posting, I needed to know how to disarm my alarm and what fuse to pull. Thanks again.
Thank you. All the detail needed to successfully replace the battery!
Thanks, one of the best videos I have seen which explains the process step by step and adds the tip on how to disable your alarm
Very helpful and good photography. Never did get the battery cover off but was able to slide the battery in by pulling it back
Nice job Ed, most detailed, complete, and clear video. Best tips; removing those crazy clips, and disarming the Security Alarm... Thank you!
Good clear video explanation. thank you for the advice to disconnect the alarm before any intervention

Thanks for the video brother changed the battery in 20 minutes
Thank you for this video. I just replaced my battery with the same brand and specs.
Thanks for the lesson bro!
How do like the yuasa battery? I just bought a deka.
Congrats for your interesting vid, sir !

What if the battery is completely dead?
If you don’t mind me asking where did you pick up those rear crash bars from?

Thanks for the vid. Now I'm certain I don't want to jack with it. Maybe I'll use HOG roadside assist to get it to the dealer.
nice
Good thing they make it so easy to get to.lol peace brother.
tccoup355 Seems to me the MoCo could cram at least another 17 components under the seat if they tried harder! Thanks for watching....
👍
More videos!
Thanks! Trying to get the time to make more. Hope for a lot in 2019!
So how do you get the battery out without the strap. Ain't no room for fat fingers in there
You can clamp vice grips on the terminals and pull up.
I put screws in the terminals, and made handles using zip ties to lift mine out.
Compare that mess to a Jap metric bike 😂
Good Job Bro !!!!!!!!!!
