@ravedisc Yes all the high voice rumours were total rubbish. He had a deep rich voice. The stories started I think because in those days all the Italian peplum epics were dubbed, regardless who was in it. They were cheaper to make that way. I agree that Steve Reeves was an inspiration. A truly remarkable human being!!!
