  • In the early morning hours of September 19, 2022, Mayfield Village Police Officer Dearden noticed the driver of a vehicle commit numerous traffic violations, including running off the roadway. He initiated a traffic stop and the female driver immediately questioned everything. She also stated she didn't feel comfortable with 2 male officers and demanded a female officer come to the scene. Then she refused all field sobriety tests (FSTs) and was arrested for DUI. The scene at the jail is not to be missed. It is a long video, but do yourself a favor and watch how argumentative and demanding Hannah gets during the booking process. Unfortunately, the police officers are forced to turn off their body cameras to prevent potential interference during the breath test, but the police report indicates Hannah was unable to provide an adequate amount of breath to complete the test. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.

Am I arrested? As she's in handcuffs and sitting in the back of the cop car. I wasn't going to watch this, but this is gold! Hannah, thank you so much for the obviously drunken behavior and antics. Get help. Or don't and keep bringing us these videos to mock you. Also, your stylist should be arrested for giving you that haircut. Oh, and, thanks for being a woman. Now go get some water. Its your right.

Heck, I thought for once the system handed out good punishment here:
72 hours of classroom instruction on the evils of drinking (that's "painful" I bet!)
6 months of having to report to a probation officer
6 months of driver's license suspension
      AND 1,375 dollars in fines
the only charge I can think of having been dismissed was her refusal to blow....after talking to the prosecutor she probably took the 72 hours of classroom, (she did that BEFORE her court case) in exchange for reducing the license suspension from one year to six months.....sounds fair to me...if she had blown (and failed obviously) she would have only got a 3 month suspension according to the cop who read the form

Some departments have a policy that states male officers aren't allowed to search female suspects or detainees if a female officer is available. I understand staying on your toes and not doing things that make such an event more likely, but these women need to give it a rest.

They cannot comprehend the difference between being "charged" and being "convicted" of a crime. They just talk and talk yet are incapable of absorbing any information being presented. No matter how simplified and broken down it is for them. It's painful to watch and listen to the dialog loops. Definition of insanity at its finest.
