No, it’s meant for the components within the saw, not the blade itself. In high dust conditions, this lube won’t collect dust. I use it a lot, really good stuff.
Thanks for showing your results! Seems to me that any spray would rub (burn) off within a few rotations of the blade as it makes contact with the wood. I suspect that only some kind of paste would last longer, but only marginal....
If your cutting wood that's heavy on pitch, it'll help with buildup over time. I've used it on all my chop saws for decks where I'm cutting alot of cedar both dried and green, never had to clean a blade
The dry lube will prevent pitch from sticking to the blade. A clean blade cuts better than a dirty one. So I guess it does make a blade cut better. Lmbo
I believe it's just meant for the saws themselves, not the blades. Lubes of the lifter gears and stuff without becoming tacky and allowing fine particles to accumulate
You did not use it right. 1)Shake the crap out of it. 2) spray on DO NOT WIPE OFF 3) cut. It is teflon powder in alcohol medium. Spray on and let dry. You wiped off the DRY lubricant. It washes parts off and leaves teflon behind. I used graphite as a lubricant on parts for years. Works great and very messy. This works almost as well. I use it daily. Cheap stuff but works
Big fan of this guy, but wouldn't cleaning the blade be more effective? Spray on sap remover, sit for five minutes and wipe it off with a Scotch Pad and dish soap. It works on multitool blades, well. Either way, keep em coming 🙂

I used it on my circular saw and chop saw when cutting treated wet boards. Helps a ton with buildup.

Thanks, brother. Good demonstration.
Slick as owl snot.
Make bumper stickers of this 😁
I would think that it might make little or no difference with the initial cut but reduce buildup over time on the blade.
I believe the application for the saw blade is to aide in preventing sap build up. Not necessarily for cutting better.

Agreed it does keep ‘em from gumming up as easy when cutting soft pines too
I use WD-40, same difference, but the lube is there to slow down build up and to make it easier to clean the blade as it accumulates crud.
If it leaves any residue on the wood it’ll mess with the finish or glue, I wouldn’t use it except for non finished stuff.
That stuff works great for FRB and Composite material!
Thinking about using this on my desktop for my mouse
It works great on hand saw blades
I always thought dry lube on the blades helps prevents gunk buildup behind the teeth. Making the blade last longer
I wish I had some walnut!
Wonder if it would reduce pitch buildup?
How did it do for leaving residue on the blade?

Now HEAR THIS :,put it in a lock cylinder and you will be AMAZED !!!
Helps cut fingers off faster too!
Great for saw lube. Oil collects the saw dust but dry lube doesn’t.
I just use a little WD-40 works the same
Did it clean the gunk out of the blade Kurf?
Just picked up a granite top table saw. Not sure if I want to put dry lube on it.
It's for cutting aluminum, brass and copper
Slicker’ n snot on a brass door nob 😁
Just use diesel that works the best.

Sad, thought it would of done something for the blade
"But for the saw blades...nah..."
The saw blade is to show for the saw, not the blade. Same with the dry lube.
I didn't know owls HAD snot. Hmm.
Now you do, and it's slick!
Ya i use it on all my tools after I blow them clean. A slippery deck makes skillsaws cut faster
I tried organic honey on me sawblade & … nah…
🤣🤣🤣
think about what you just said😂
After the glue dries the project falls apart
It's just wd40
No sh!t, you kept wiping it off
Wish it were biodegradable
It’s not for the blade dummy it’s indicating it’s for a table saw meaning you use it on the guard and table like you were loo
