    I hope the water doesn’t remain a problem for the foundation after it’s built. Perhaps a French drain around the foundation might be in order.

      That area like the rest of the property has a bedrock under the ground, so ground will be wet after the rain, but I did managed to dig all the way to bedrock, so that foundations won’t sink in the future

    Make a drain around the new garage that will direct the water where you want it to go.

      They will be flooded in any case I guess as there is a rock under the ground 👍😁

    Such a lot of work just moving supplies! At least the weather wasn’t bad.
    Oh my I’m envious of those oranges! They are so expensive where I live but seldom have them.

      We’ll do just that, just need to contact the shop when we are ready and they will send a truck to pick pallets up from us 👍

    Olá meu caro senhor Andrew e Gi foi um trabalho muito cansativo mas vocês formam uma dupla fantástica fazem tudo com muito método muitos parabens.     Are you sure you want to build your new building where it floods in winter?
    Or maybe you could build it Amazon style, on stilts. 🤔

      It will be all ok once its dried out, as foundations will be poured straight on the bedrock 👍

    Must ask, would it not be wiser to add this building to side of your garage? Keep buildings together.

      The truck was to big our olive trees would have been in a
      The away and they could have been damaged and we don’t want to risk it!!! It was a big truck

    I dont understand why the truck that delivered your supplies could not have drove down your road and unloaded at your work site verses unloading and than moving it all again. I see no reason why the truck could have either backed down your drive or backed when coming out.

      It’s because we got olive trees down our driveway and we don’t want to risk damaging them !!! :) it would be too narrow!!

      Thank you, with this budget I think the smartest move would be to find a land for sale directly from the owner, ask at the local village caffe’s etc. maybe Im wrong but I can’t remember seeing a single add on agencies websites for that price, and it’s been more them a year when we last looked at the properties, now prices went up even more
