I am confused, a Dyno measures torque and then calculates HP based on the Torque x RPM/5252 so how does he think the HP will be accurate but not the torque? Seems like the guy doesn't understand dynos, also nothing will be accurate in 3rd because of the Gear Ratio, it needs to be in a gear roughly 1:1, anything lower is a torque multiplier.
and like you said we know these engines won’t blow at redline especially with the stock turbo stock fuel and they like high rpm, unless the bearings are shot or there’s some oil issue, we know the rods don’t like high boost at low rpm, i’d be more worried about intake cam gear slipping but very unlikely, next time just send it
that cone filter is probably restricting flow and power as well compared to the stock box, did not expect such low numbers stock
The torque converter might by locking up, making you think it was grabbing 4th. Possibly.

Same, I thought 3rd wouldn't be the best for a dyno run
