Would love to see you do a OM614 or 648 with a AMG inspired Crank that strokes is from 88.3mm to 97mm it would be a low down tourq monster and would be a nice fit to a W211 4matic

just commenting on 3 inch system ... i have a 320d bmw few tweeks big intercooler straight through exhaust... goes ok to 4k .... had a cracked down pipe so made a 3 inch to the center and down to the usuall 2.3 inch ... pulling right round to 4500rpm with out that flat feeling pulling hard ... makes a good difference a nice size exhaust makes noticeable difference
I’m sure bigger exhaust with a higher bar sensor is gonna wake that thing up. Let that motor breathe !!! I’d like to see dyno with then without the cat, I know my current setup has a noticeable power difference if the cat is installed verses it not being there.

Why not a vnt turbo? I thought abour buying a w210 and use the om613 turbo. Which is a gt23v. With either a gfb dboost2 or an opensource vnt boost controller. What does the ecu say if you temove authoroty over the boost?
Please remove the diesel pumps logo on the Dyno screen … the graph is almost impossible to see. The logo is super clear but the information behind it invisible.

on almost any car. its that the factory has conservative tuning to keep things happy together longer. so you get a ecu tune that pushes a bit more fuel then in turn adds more boost to keep the fuel making power and not just blowing smoke. now that you have managed to burn more fuel you have made more power and all from "just a tune". tuners are magicians. a tune can change the car dramatically and if you find a tuner that makes your setup drive the way you like keep them close; good tuners are hard to find.

I ve got a proper question , i ve got a w211 2.2 cdi om646 150hp , whats the maximum safe power that could get only from hybrid turbo maybe an intercooler and intake pipes . Its fairly slow right now , it used to have some issues with the dpf and intake flaps where not working so the car was in limp , so i went a head and deleted the flaps dpf and cat and its considerably faster and not smoking at all , but i was looking to see if the engine could take 300hp or so without messing with the internals
You should check 'evry mod' and put 606 turbo with bigger compression wheel and bigger ic. Mine shows about 220hp and enough torque to destroy stock transmission.
@@y8rd yea 606 turbo is bigger and it fits almost plug and play. And stock pump have 6mm so its ok for about 220 maybe little more. Its the cheapest and easiest way to get over 200hp
Please dont use copperpaste on aluminium. Use aluminium or ceramic paste. Because the copper will eat the aluminium i the head and that would suck when it happens.
Is not hard at all to believe that car is in very good shape, that is a Mercedes era before Cheisler put their dirty hands and make the brand to be disposable, with cheap plastics and cheaper parts...

Installation of these engines on 4matic is technically impossible

Wastegate is more simple, more safe, more reliable, cheaper. No need for vnt.

Holset 5350775 is the one you want.
No limp with egr delete? How? I asked the question last video. . .
Stage 2 ecu tune disables egr. I believe it sets the pwm to 0 so egr is never activated.

MB bought Chrysler. Chrysler never had any influence over MB.
In fact, W210 already was a Daimler-Chrysler product and so was even the W211.
