I like the boogie man feeling more like an active thing with weight. The first season with it still had that "Sure they get a penalty but even being red doesnt force anything" but getting extra time is gonna be big. Love the iterations from run to run
Giving Boogies a bonus as well as a penalty is really changing the strategy. It’s given Bdubs Scott and Martin bonus time advantages from day 1. It will be harder to complete in future episodes when people have more diamond armour.
The comedy potential for Joel and Etho to be bitter exes this series is truly unlimited. It’s also heightened by jimmy still being friendly to tango despite being a bad boy now. Ties vs bad boys will be fun to watch play out
Something I love in the Life series is the new and old faces. Etho is interacting with some people he's known for over a decade, like Bdubs, and knows all the right levers to pull to tease him, as well as interacting with people he's never met before, like Joel. In some of the of the Life series Etho took a more conservative approach, basing with those he really knew. Double life was a real treat, as it forced him out of his comfort zone by being with Joel, as we got to see those two interact. We'll see what path he takes this series.
I still can’t get over how _AS THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT ALL THEIR COWS DYING_ tnt shoots down _out of the sky_ and kills nothing but their cows. Straight out of a cartoon I swear

This is my favourite Minecraft series (the life series). Hopefully this season will be just as good as the previous ones. Love the time concept and can't wait to see farmer Etho and his shenanigans

The best part is that everything gets so condensed. Also, multiplayer with Etho is always a blast.
For those wondering, the world was generated in 1.17, then upgraded. So there are lot of diamonds above deep slate.
Yeah, I definitely noticed some of the terrain didn’t seem like 1.18+ so that explains it. Was there a reason why they generated the world like that?

So, technically a friend could sacrifice themselves and give a friend a life, Right? Also Super excited the series returns and familiar faces.
As I understand it, someone could die, giving up one hour to give a friend 30 minutes. Or, if it’s a boogeyman kill, lose two hours and the boogeyman gains an hour (and is cured). There’s no one-to-one life exchange, though.
