I love how REAL you are. I get way more out of your vlogs than others since most of theirs is so magazine ready all the time. I love how beautiful your home is and it's lived in and warm and inviting. U are amazing with your carpentry skills. I am still waiting for more of your day to day cooking type recipes, and some more sewing would be awesome...keep up the good work.
Loving the return to smaller projects! I love watching the huge ones, too, but they are way beyond my skill level. Lol! Some people take comfort in having the bare minimum amount of stuff, and others of us are what I call "nesters." We like knowing we have extra toothpaste or dishes or towels (and plenty of books!) It's just personal choice. Keep doing what you do, and thanks for sharing!
Another useful project achieved - it's all about making life easier!! You always have to have back-up of essentials and take advantage of the offers. Great job done, it looks good and certainly more functional. Lorna UK
I think its so funny when I hear you say your master bathroom is tiny. Here in Ireland especially the suburbs of Dublin a 3bed semi detached house is big lol! We've one bathroom for four of us! There isn't even room for a tub :) I'm glad of it though as I hate cleaning bathrooms so one is enough for me!
Sofia, don't worry if you have a lot of stuff as long as you use it. I love your organizational ideas. You have helped and inspired me. Please continue because I enjoy them. I also have found that the more hobbies you have, the more items you have. You seem like you have the carpentry, photography, sewing, and decorating and other hobbies that can be really useful around the house if you have the tools. You really save your husband a lot of money because you do these things on your own. Unfortunately, you need to house the tools and other items which ultimately take up some space.
Maria Guzman true about the hobbies. I am so tired of wanting to do projects and never having the time because all i do is try to organize the stuff for projects. Blessed are those who have craft rooms!
Girl you amaze me!!! I can tell you that you don't have 1/4 of the things most of the you tubers have, its a small space. When the home was built rooms were smaller and some bedrooms had super tiny closets. Also funny bet Scott won't notice my hubby is like that too. Have a great 4th of July!!!
mini makeover looks great. For laundry I use one of those shopping trolley things elderly folk go to the store with! Only one compartment but it is working out well. will look into a laundry cart if we ever get a bigger place (soon I hope!)
Sofia, I just discovered your videos and I am loving all of them! I think you have beautiful things and all items seem to be meaningful. Your stuff is beautifully arranged and organized, too! I love your friendly and personal conservation style videos...feels like we are right there with you. Very motivating and interesting!
Everything looks very nice and functional, LOVE IT! The rolling cart is wonderful. I'd love to purchase one as well, to eliminate all the heavy plastic clothes baskets.
Sofia, Nice job; I'm amazed at how hard working you are. And you seem to take it all in stride. (You even have enough energy left over to raise a bird!) I'm kinda proud of you.
This is really a great vid. I have seen those laundry carts before, but I never thought about getting one, but yeah--this is a great idea and I'm definitely going to buy one of those. One of my peeps are gone now, so I have less than half the laundry now. Thanks Sophia--another winner.
I love your videos I was on vacation and could not believe how much I missed you. I love to see how you change things as you go along to fulfill your changing needs. You are an inspiration.
Well done, Sophia! It looks like a functional and useful space for you :) I did the same thing a few months ago - reorganized the areas in our bathroom. It's hard to explain to others, but when things are easier to access or more organized, it just makes the days tasks in those areas a little more painless :) We recently replaced our toilet in our bathroom (only one bathroom in our rental), and it's so refreshing not to deal with the mishaps the old toilet used to bring. Not a life changer by any means, just brightens the day when daily tasks are no longer a struggle. Always have loved your videos and the sweetness about you - looking forward to more! :)
Joydreamer2 I totally get it, it s the small things. Too many people think it's about going to the box store and purchasing a new living room set or an entire kitchen appliance system....but the small stuff like where s the toothpaste I bought last week is still an annoyance!
I love the "small" projects that you do. I like a project on the smaller side that I can see the results at the end of the day or in a few shorter sessions. You inspired me to better utilise the space in my hall cupboard by adding more shelving and I gave it a paint. Keep the vlogs coming.
Great job! How about some wall decorations? I am a decor lover. One of my favorites to do, is frame advertising from decades ago. That wall art makes me smile when I walk past. Cheap and one of a kind!
Peggy Crowley I don t know if you ve spotted it but there is an old 1950's mother's Day card on the wall next to the cabinet. I do the same thing. In my basement small project I show some of the vintage car advertisements I have framed. They are so much more fun to look at than the generic dentist waiting room artwork they sell at the stores!
My Great Challenge No I did not notice the mother's day card. I will go back and look. I will also look for the car advertisements. You are so clever, I should have figured you might have thought of the vintage advertisements. I really do enjoy all your projects. Is Jasper gone for good or is he flying back for food and the lst class accomodations? That was a wonderful series.
Hi Sophia TFS. I love what you did. Its so much more practical and will make things so much easier. Hey Scott may not notice but lets face it your probably dealing with maintenance of the bathroom more and it will make your life easier. Keep up the great work. Take care ☺
You did a great job with the space you have and you didn't have to purchased anything new in order to accomplish such a change. I love your channel because you seem so relatable and honest. Plus you are a DIY badass. :] How's your new office set up working for you and Scott? I loved watching it come together so beautifully.
ridiculousspider that s the best part, no spending! Office is good, I am filming in there today, i am almost done, it's all about the small details now
Great job Sophia, nice video !!! You realy shouldn't have to explain or apologise for your stuff, since you enjoy and utilise everything, after all you don't have any hudge stockpille like some other youtubers :) Would you consider to upload a video with your fine china? I think to re-organise mine and it would be really inspiring, if you could. Thanks for sharing !!!
My Great Challenge woohooo another project! OK, I'll calm down now ;-) I loved this vlog and you're absolutely right. Functionality is key. I wish our master bathroom was that big! We only have a powder room...not even a shower! I don't know what the point was.
Hi Sophia! Are your walls drywall or plaster? I only ask because I live in an old apartment and I think they're made of plaster. I'm not sure if you need wall anchors for plaster...
Dear Sophia, I'll say it again, you are amazing! I WISH I had your energy. Seriously.

my2jedi awwww, thank you!
You're my favourite UA-camr !
I don't think you have too much! It's your home not a museum! Plus you have it organized!

SandyzSerious i put the link in the description box, it's only $50 which I think is a good deal for what you get
My Great Challenge Thank you Sophia, I will definitely be purchasing one.

Paint the shelves the color of the walls for them to blend in better. Great job!
+lucky123missy thinking about painting the entire room so that will happen alongside of that project.
Once again, it's really a great job !!! I love the new storage !
You did a great job Sophia and I love that laundry cart, they are so expensive over here. x

Michele McGill sounds good.
Great idea to bring up your excess stock from the basement.

Put the stuff in the dresser!the dresser can hold more than the shelves and they would be out of the way and dust free. less for you to clean.
