I think that’s the biggest smile I’ve ever seen on David Gilmore’s face! And let’s give a big shout out to Guy Pratt on bass...and his great vocals with Gilmore too.
The way Pratt “pounces & marches across the stage” during sorrow is just pure….. I don’t have the word to finish the thought & I’m not sure anyone can describe it but Guy Pratt himself 🤷♂️🙏
Think about this, they performed "Comfortably Numb" right before this. I left this concert on the purest natual highest high from this concert that lasted for at least a week. This was the most awesome concert I have ever been to.

Yeah, that was awesome. I was totally wiped out after they played Comfortably Numb and then they came up with that. That light show is burned right into my brain.

This tour played to 5.5 million people in 68 cities; each concert gathered an average 45,000 audience. Three stages leapfrogged around North America and Europe, each 180 feet (55 m) long and featuring a 130-foot (40 m) arch resembling the Hollywood Bowl venue. All in all, the tour required 700 tons of steel carried by 53 articulated trucks, a crew of 161 people and an initial investment of US $ 4 million plus US $ 25 million of running costs just to stage.
The ticket to this concert was one of the best investments of my life. The memory will still be there when every other reserve of money has long been spent

This is one band I regret not being able to see live! I've been blessed to able to see soo many concerts in the 70's and 80's but not Pink Floyd. Still I have alot of empathy for the young generation now not being able to experience music live!GREAT REACTION, love u guys!♥️👍
I saw them on this tour in 1994 in Raleigh, North Carolina. I was there with my husband and my son, who had just turned 8 (and was and still is a huge Pink Floyd fan). I was also 5 months pregnant with my third (and youngest) child. It was a magical concert for a lot of reasons!
You guys look so young and alas have missed out on their gigs, I was there 25th Oct 1994, The reason for bright light is because the sun DOES shine out of David Gilmour arse❤️👍
I saw them in 94, Vanderbilt Stadium TN, it has to be the most expensive light show ever done, and/or the best. They opened with "Astronomy Domine" and ended with "On the Turning Away".
At the end of this show at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal, on my way to the parking lot, I passed behind the stadium and there were four trailers equipped with huge industrial generators. I spoke with a member of the staff, who told me that these generators were needed to provide enough electricity for the show, that the stadium could not meet this huge demand.
Gentelmen, Thank you for sharing this. I was 22 in 1994 when this tour came to my town, Montreal Canada, and I slept outdoors for a night in line to get my ticket. So worth it! Even if you do not do a reaction to it, take a look at Echoes live in Gdansk. Last performance with Richard Right who passed away shortly after. Gilmour said he could never play the song again without him. Amazing and wonderful.
the album "The Wall" tells the story of Pink. Pink is completely freaked out and out of his mind.
