I don’t understand why people complain so much. I didn’t see it as scripted or Jose being mean. Looks like Jose is one of the nicest gym bros I’ve seen. You can notice that he seemed very confident about things he hasn’t earned confidence for. In the first episode he was confident about dating, this was probably because he did some crunches and pull ups at home. I’ve seen nerds at the gym do the same things he was doing in the video. Jose is humbling him and helping him with good facts. You guys expect a 21 year old virgin that studies computer science not to be eating packaged foods such as pop tarts or Capri suns? He just doesn’t have the information and Jose is giving him this while toughening him up. Jose is treating him like a bro and sometimes you have to tell a bro to cut it out in a meaningful way. I would rather Jose do this then talk to him like his mommy. Jose hasn’t gotten any meaner or started acting like a douche, a real douche wouldn’t help him and pile on the insults. Jose followed his own tips where he uplifted other people, you can even hear him say compliments towards Bobert. I don’t fault Jose for cringing while also helping Bobert for the better.

I'm 225 rn. Just started a 2 weeks ago doing a life change. I replaced chips with veggies, Fries with fruit, microwave pizza and hamburgers with Sandwiches and salads, and most importantly soda with water/ gatorade. I know the gatorade is not the best option but it has been helping me from drinking the 2,000 calories a day from soda I use to drink. So far its going well, and I'm starting to feel better. I did have a soda a few days ago and it made me feel sick and I almost threw it up. I go to the gym 3 times a week with my boi and we warm up with 10 min of fast walking on an incline on the treadmill to get the blood flown and then move to weights. I started at 25 because I didn't want to over do it. Ends up most of my muscles can handle 60 to 70 which surprised me. So rn I'm just trying to improve that.
