      I always find a tear in the arsehole after a big cocodamol shit stings a bit, even nippier if you had has a mutton vindaloo the night previous.

    That stictcher is a mechanical marvel. Would love to see a video just dealing with it, the maintenance, operation and all those moving parts.What an engineer to come up with that thing.

    Also that stitcher deserves its own video. The amount of moving parts it has just makes it look all cool steampunky
    The blake stitcher is also cool, but not as flashy

    Incredible job on the editing and POV. This is a lot of work, I could see it in this video. Some video (not only yours) seems easy put together, but I know this one took you a LOT of effort on the editing, putting camera, knowing your angles and lighting, all while working on a customer shoe. Well done sir!

    I think doing a video on each piece of equipment, its uses, and its history, could be a good series you could do...
    As for things that sting - papercut from mail... whether opening or just handling in a weird way...

    I too suffer from cracked finger ends.
    I use superglue to seal up the cracks - hurts like hell, but only for a few seconds.

    I work at a print shop and so paper cuts are common place. I have found after getting a good cut a sprinkle some alcohol on the cut and after that first sting I won't have to worry about it hurting the rest of the day which is great because the ammonia based cleanser we use really BURNS 🔥🔥🔥

I thought I recognised you and remembered when I popped into your shop last winter to get a price for a Grenson resole, while my missus was at the market.     Lavender color sole stitching would have been an awesome complement to the laces. I like that you darkened the edge with the air brush on the soles. Makes the sticking “pop”. Nice work.

    Agree it’s hard to work with cuts on your fingers. As a health care worker, I have to perform hand hygiene with hand sanitizers at least 100 times a day. Pain beyond words. 😂 love your personality , creativity and channel content 👍

    Do you ever get people that come to your shop to watch you work?? I think it is very interesting to watch people with skills to do their job. I weld, do wood working.some electrical and plumbing. A little of everything

    I work in an electronics store, repairing old, and prepping new computers. We use quite a bit of isopropyl alcohol - known as "papercut finder". At least it evaporates right quick!

    I'm not sure if it is just the camera, but the toning done after the initial surface color was removed is pretty slick. Keeping the crevices darker is pretty cool in my book.

    As always, top notch video. Man could bottle that grade A charisma and make a fortune if this whole cobbler gig doesn't work out lol. I'd be interested in a video where he goes into detail about the JR situation, whether it's the same people and same suppliers etc or if they were bought out and it's less like the old ways. Deep dive type of video. He likes to branch out and try new stuff so why not.
