I love KETO UPGRADE. For those unaware, Alycia is "a pastry chef with a sweet tooth." Alycia uses coconut flour (allergy to nuts/almonds). I do not use almond flour, on the mere baked texture that it gives, sort of a mealy texture. So, having recipes using coconut flour is fantastic. Alycia ships her baked goods throughout the eastern states... not to Texas. As I reside in San Antonio, I must resort to "try" baking on my own... what a dumpster fire! 😳🐈

Keto Twins Chaffles is the only replacement I use on repeat. I just keep the dough made up in the fridge & make them as needed. Makes good croutons too.
I like to use the Hero tortillas for pizza crusts and mexican-style pizzas especially. The other Hero bread products are ok, but I think the tortillas are the best.

I've dehydrated their White Bread ENDS & crushed them for breadcrumbs to use in meatballs. I just went through a kitchen renovation, so couldn't bake my own bread. I'm grateful for Hero Brand bread... So worth the cost! 🙋

I love basic egg/cheese Chaffles topped w/ mashed avocado, Tajin seasoning+lime dibbled on & topped w/bacon on top! Lo carb-Don’t overdue the amount of avocado-delish!
I haven't tried any of these recipes, but what I have tried is Southern Keto best bread recipe. The only carbs are in the psyllium husk powder. Main ingredient is pork rinds. You can't taste the pork rinds. This bread is delicious.

I am not adverse to gluten, it doesn't bother me at all, so I make regular bread out of low carb carbalose flour that tastes like and has the texture of bread. You can also make cake with it that tastes like and has the identical texture of sponge cake with no eggy or weird textures; it just tastes normal without the carbs.
I haven't liked any keto bread recipe, but I'm not a bread lover anyhow so it's not a big deal. I do like your chaffles made with mozzarella, topped with butter, cinnamon & granulated sweetener😋

My best friend and I loved Victoria’s Buttermilk Biscuit recipe that uses her Perfected Flour. They are so light compared to other recipes I’ve tried. I did cut back slightly on the buttermilk to add 2 Tbsps of sparkling water, grated frozen butter and put it back in the freezer for a few minutes before adding to the ingredients, and baked the biscuits for 15-16 minutes. You can freeze them, too, to make when you need less than the whole batch of 8-9 biscuits. Just take them out the night before to defrost in the fridge. So good!

Victoria's Keto kitchen has an Amazing flour blend & recipes. Her flour mix can be subbed for regular wheat flour in cookies, cakes & quick breads. Not real bread though. We Can Have It ALL! Tried your egg white chaffle recently and it was a big hit for my household. I had never heard of a chaffle before. (Have been doing low carb since Aug) For a “bagelish”/“English muffin” replacement chaffle I add 1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries or blue berries. It ups the carb count to 3.5 per chaffle but worth it for us. We love to put cream cheese on them. Perfect with that cup of coffee. Thanks for sharing your recipes.

It's not 'clean' keto, but have you ever used Carbquik flour in your cooking adventures? It's a high fiber, low carb wheat flour replacement. I like it for pancakes, biscuits, and a zero sugar pumpkin bread. It DOES contain gluten. It's available at Walmart in Northern Virginia.

It really does make good drop biscuits, very similar to regular, because it does use wheat fiber and gluten. I have not tried it for the other stuff like pancakes. i guess it could be used for pot pie topping like cobbler style right? I forget I have it most times.

Meal-wise, I'm the only keto style eater in the house, so the temptation of sugar and starch is a daily occurrence.

I can actually do without sliced bread, buns, etc, But nothing can replace the buttery flakey , layered pastry that is the Croissant! I'm really having a hard time coming around to the idea of spending $6 per croissant from Hero. (Kroger sell 4 croissants for $5 ). There is like one actual low carb croissant recipe out there but it's a lot of work just like the real croissants are.

Isn't lactose free dairy products available in the states. I use those. Remember chedder, and Parm naturally lactose free. Specialty cheeses available at Costco. I am from Canada. I am sure you guys have it....

We use hero bread, the couple of times we tried a keto recipe for stuffing it didnt turn out well for us, maybe others will have a suggestion for you!
I've been saving/freezing the ends of my Hero Brand bread for stuffing. I just used some as breadcrumbs in meatballs.

Try keto king on youtube for bread. Cant be beat. In my breadmaker. We love it.
