Dung beetles get SO much more fertilizer now with the auto-pickup change. One dung beetle has replaced at least four compared to ASE since they will massively over-encumber themselves. It's amazing

I knew about them picking up eggs and poop but didn't know that the range being effected by the level of the tame. Thank you for the amazing info

I had heard some people saying the pickup range was correlated to melee damage. Thanks for the correct information.
Thank goodness they made these changes. Such a pain for console players, such as myself, on ASE without any sort of automation on vanilla Ark...much needed changes!

Can Oviraptors and Dung beatles pick up from ally tames? With tame limit being so low, I plan to have an 2nd account as ally, the building will be in my main, but the breeders in the building will be ally. So can my Oviraptor and Beatle pick up from ally or is it tribe only.
Also, can non allies steal eggs?
I'm on ps5 so I can't research it myself, yet.
Are the beetles bugged rn? mines on wander and full, but yet doesn't produce fertilizer

Oviraptor collects also other tribe dino eggs? This could lead to big issues in pve

yes! Until it reaches 400. thats the max.
Curious about oviraptors on official pve now. Can someone drop their raptor into someone else's base, and come back to collect a bit later with some eggs?

@TiiaAurora oh nice, have you observed if there is a time limit on this at all? Like, if an egg goes unclaimed for 10mins, it can be claimed by another tribes ovi etc.
@@Raiziell No the egg has a tribe saved on it. And it won't change over time.
