I watched this video and I just wanted to say that it really inspired me to go after my workout this weekend, even though I was feeling nervous and intimidated. I really resonated with what you were saying about not being incapable or injured, but just scared and how that wasn't a reason to back away from a workout. I felt so proud when I finished my workout and it felt like such a good step in my training to work through that. Thank you for being such a positive influence online!!!
There is something so healing about seeing that you also lack confidence. I thought I didn't have what it took to go pro because my mind wasn't tough enough.
