    Geniune question,will you be doing normal vlogs again? I don't think you realise how we miss your normal Ramadan vlogs 😢.... obviously I know you're into fitness but your fans arent into fitness.. we miss your normal vlogs.. the banter between you and sid etc... your cooking fails lol etc😅

    thanks for this incredible workout. such a game changer for me this Ramadan. I never get myself to go to the gym while fasting and I can't go out after iftar because I have a small child. I'm doing this workout every night after taraweeh prayer, I feel so revitalized

    Going to start this today. I have been going to gym classes for 18 months but now ready to push the bar further by doing some individual workouts in the gym.     Asalaamwaikuim may Allah swt guide us all and give us understanding.
    To my dearest sister I ask Allah swt to give you strength and the ability to overcome your struggles. Everyone is on a journey to Allah even without them being aware of it . Nobody is perfect and nobody can claim they our the people of jannah . We ask Allah swt to guide us All back to his path . That is why even a practicing Muslim in his 5 daily salat has to ask Allah in every salat “guide us to the straight path ” . We our all Misguided not for a moment should we forget that we all need the help of Allah. May Allah swt have mercy on us all .I pray for you and the ummah at large . 🇯🇵

    If i wanted to follow a workout channel id be subscribed to Pamela Rief or whoever but we want daily VOLGGGSSS, Talk about life, challenges, food, health, marriage, kids... CATS! FASHION!
