    Interval training, 4 minutes rest after rep, 100-120, 140, 160, 180, 200. 1 set =200 meter workout. 2 sets is a 400 meter workout

      High intensity. To run a 10.50, run 150 meters in 16 seconds

    Good job. Had to lay down after that 200 🤣. I feel it. My athletes be like coach do another 1.

      Yes 😅 this is a rough workout, especially by the time you reach the 200m! Thanks for watching! There are no extra ones after that last 200m 😅.
