Gran Turismo 4 Enhanced - Added car: Mazda RX-8 Concept LM '04

I've realized a dream. Having the alternate color scheme of the Mazda RX-8 Concept LM '01 from Gran Turismo 4 Prologue Asian version into retail Gran Turismo 4. Unlike my old texture replacement, this time is a permanent edit, meaning that both colors are available. For now, is just a second color, but will be a separated car, since that technically is a different model year, or rather the GT4P Asia one, 2004
