Serum the gel does look amazing! Lately I have been using the treluxe mousse topped with the gel and those have been my absolute best treluxe style days! Im thinking of incorporating the serum now

I just tried the serum & gel for the 1st time today. I microplopped after applying both, then diffused until 50% dry. I thought it was coming out great until later this morning when my hair airdried to 100%. Its fluffy & frizzy. Maybe I need to use more product? I didnt use much gel. I'll try rewetting & adding more gel tmrw am & keep trying it for a while. I've seen others online with great results.

Why is high protein not good for low density hair?

Unfortunately, i can't get this product to work for me. It's weird cuz it's everything my curls love - fairly high in protein, thin consistency, nice slip...but nope. I've tried it with the hi def gel, with other gels, with foams, tried it as the 1st styler, tried it as the final styler, tried using more tried using less, you name it. My hair just doesn't agree with it at all. SUCH a bummer!
