Yes you can adjust and amend after a policy is active and paid for. But it will be at a cost. AND those adjustments only come in affect of date of adjustment.

Yes you are able to include additional cover under a policy already paid for, this is considered as an endorsement.

Hello! I currently work for a brokerage with about 50 employees. Teams of 3, AE, AM, and AA. Can I get your opinion on something? If the book grows.. do you think the team should grow as well? We keep getting new business however I’m worried we will all get burnt out.. I am at least lol. 23 new to insurance. Love the people, not the job.

If u. Sell any, any type of insurance u must, must have proper license from your state. And show copies to the insurance co. You are selling for. That applies to agent or broker.
