I wouldn’t think too much about it. There are only 6 compared to 400+ likes. I do workouts on another channel and “like” 98% of them but once in awhile I do one that’s not a fav, isn’t my style or just doesn’t resonate with me. I give it the thumbs down, not to insult but so I know I’ve done it before and not to do it again. I always 👍 or 👎 every workout just so I know :)

I have diagnosis of anxiety with ocd that I take mental health medications daily, so I am always moving, cleaning, running kids to places. This type of restorative yoga gives me 40 minutes of “me time” and I’m a better person to be around after practicing with Erin. My family thanks me for calming down, being present and being pleasant to be around. Try Erin’s meditation video, it’s a good one especially if you enjoy water falling over rocks.
