Fun fact, while everyone thinks the officer is calling the dog "Bowie" he actually isn't. He's saying "phooey" which is "no" in German. Why German? Not a lot of people speak German in America so a dog is less likely to listen to a suspect telling him to stop in English.

At :18 it sounds like the cop popped something because you can hear that dog wimper like they do when they are hurt. I noticed this cop doesn't seem like he's very good to that K9. This cop is the only one on all of these clips that I've noticed his dog is always barking and crying. I get the feeling that dog isn't happy with his handler too. Notice them when you see this cop. None of the other K9's with the other cops on all these clips sound as unhappy as this poor dog. Just because he's a cop doesn't mean he can't be abusive to people and/or animals. That badge is no guaranty the one wearing that badge is a good person. There have been far too many cops over the years who have abused their power. We've all seen or heard that.

The reason the unmarked mini van got out of the way is because it’s hard for the public to see or notice a vehicle like that clearing a intersection at 50+ mph. Marked units will always take the lead most of the time since their vehicles are equipped with more bright emergency lights on the side front top and rear of the vehicle compared to a undercover mini van with two dash lights in the front and back window only.
