2-3 years ago I lost a lot of weight…now I’ve gained it all back. It’s hard because I’ve kept most clothes thinking I would go back to that weight and I haven’t….I still can’t let go the hard work and determination I did to get there. I feel like I let myself go.

With me now being at my heaviest of 180 pounds looking back at my pictures from when I was only 100 pounds and flipping through them watching myself slowly gain weight, I could never be optimistic like they way you are and being strong enough to tell myself that I can accept how I am now and better myself because when I was 100 it was only due to bullying from friends and family from how chubby/fat I naturally was as a kid. I feel like I actually lost who I am, personality wise, when I got over my eating disorder and started eating normally and indulging in food because I gained so much weight I couldn't recognize myself. But watching your videos really help me realize that its okay and it all gonna be okay.

As you grow older, your body grows older as well. Our bodies may not mean to be the 100lb person that we were in the past. Think about all the areas that you've experienced growth. Mentally? Hobby? Career? Education? Imo, weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Find what makes you work and stick to it and don't beat yourself up if you haven't found what works yet. It's a journey!

I appreciated them because I was an army and people would always comment on how Yoongi's smile was cute. A few years after that I saw people who would make fun of them online + people who were insecure about them. It really confused me, I still think they just look normal?
