I never “bounced back” after I had my baby two years ago, I just now hit my last known postpartum weight. It’s been a journey to loving my new body while working towards my last known pre pregnancy weight.
Raising kids, especially young kids, takes so much out of you. I think for a lot of people it just takes time (unless you have the resources to prioritize weight loss from the get-go), waiting for your body, mind, hormones, schedule to align to create the right circumstances for weight loss. I stressed so hard to get back to pre-p weight.... which was insanely underweight. And now that my gut has randomly decided to not like most foods, I've slowly been dropping. And being smaller feels awkward now. And now, years after throwing all those clothes out I wanted to use as goals, I don't have any fitting clothes
@@jammyjammich I’m almost 20lbs down over the course of 20 weeks no over restrictions and just walking, I will say it’s a trip even getting back down to a size 12 I would be happy with a size 10 I don’t think I can imagine myself back to a size 8 but I’ve been thrifting my clothes I hardly buy things new just basics of course!
You look amazing girl! Honestly I just hit 180 lost and I used to hoard clothes to use once I lost everything. Just finished shopping for the first time in my true size and I was shook (I got S/M from 4X). Bad habit to have but man when you finally get there it’s an amazing feeling.

I’m the same way but I did not get rid of my sweaters or hoodies because I always loved them oversized. I lost 50lbs and I try not to go crazy with my clothes but I still buy things if I need it or want it.
Shirts and hoodies are honestly the only things I kept after size us22-6! Oversized clothes feels better now I’m at a healthier weight cause I don’t feel like a marshmallow 😅 it’s weird how I thought I could hide my bigness with.. bigger things. Ah well! We live and learn what we like on ourselves!
Just lost 70 pounds and had to clean my closet out. I definitely know how you feel very bitter sweet. Love you girl! And your sweatshirt from Germany is So damn soft 🥰
I didn’t try on my goal dress till it was too big and it was devastating but it’s good to get rid of things too big or unrealistically small so we keep at our health!

I have always maintained a certain weight but being on some new medications has caused me to gain almost 20 pounds. Watching you get rid of the clothes that don't fit you any more has inspired me to not only declutter but to buy new clothes that fit my new measurements. There are some pieces that I can't seem to toss though so I moved them to storage with the idea that I'll donate them if I still don't fit or miss them in a year.
Love your closet clean outs, such a positive person should not be held back by clothing that you don't feel good in. Shine !!!!
I feel the struggle in my soul! I lost 100lbs and gained back 15 and I can be so hard on myself but I am learning to change that. Remember Heimlich from the movie a bugs life? He was the chunky caterpillar who loved himself no matter what! When he grew tiny wings and wasn't like the other butterflies, he still thought he was beautiful and amazing. We all need to channel that energy 😂🐛🦋

Fei I feel like we're somehow in sync all the time. When it comes to my weight journey, we somehow align. Around the time you lost weight, I had lost roughly the same amount! And when you mentioned you are back to your original weight, I literally did a mini gasp because I was like "ugh, me too!" I lost all motivation to workout (and applaud the fact you still workout ❤) and hope we both can succeed in being fully comfortable and satisfied in our bodies ❤ thanks for always being so relatable, and making me feel less alone in my journey to self-acceptance and smaller tum x

The very first vid you put out getting rid of the clothes u kept till your skinny again, helped me so much! I gained weight during covid and then we lost my brother and i was drowning in an obsession with keeping my clothes till i got back to my previous weight. So much so that seeing them made me feel horrible about myself. After that video it was like a switch flipped! I felt less alone and determined to love myself where i was. That next day i donated those clothes and got new ones that fit me and made me feel beautiful. I'm still working on my health but loving the body i have. So thank you for being so real and beautiful. I just wanted you to know how these vids helped me in my journey.....I wish you peace and happiness.

Girl, YOU ARE STUNNING!!! I used to hoard clothes too, but then I got rid of most of them! I'm currently working on eating healthier (aka carnivore diet.) I used to do diets for losing weight but now I am focusing on my health and building muscle. its helped so much, I've lost weight and continue too which is cool but my health has gotten so much better and I feel AMAZING! Gotta take care of that temple ✝️

I'd always rec keeping a couple things from different sizes you got because you can never know what might happen. I grew up with a stomach issue, so I've got some ugly experiences of losing 10-15kg (20-30 pound) in a couple of days. Just keep it in your closet or in some space where it doesn't bother you and ignore it. Anyone can catch a illness any day that could down or up you more than you think and you won't have the mind or strength to shop then
