    *Notes*
    ((No fastfood/sugar/Packed food
    Need protein/iron/minerals/vitamins)) always remember!
    1.Sleep 7-8 hrs (10pm-5am)
    2. 3L of water (stay hydrated)
    3. No stress please! Sol ((Plan your day))
    4. Walking/streching/little movement
    (Or) Pranayam/yoga
    5. Check weight daily
    6. Morning drink - lemon water or luke warm water
    7. After 30 mins eat Breakfast
    -Peanut(no sugar) butter banana sandwich
    -chicken sandwich
    -eggs recipe
    - paneer roll
    - oats pancake
    And one cup milk (no sugar/no supplement)
    Time 8.00-8.30 am
    8. Mid morning snack
    -Eat fruits
    -fruit chat
    9. Lunch
    Time- 1.00-1.30
    -weightloss rice/brown rice
    -raita
    -chicken pulav
    -curd
    -stuffed Paratha
    -seven dal
    -salad
    10. Evening snack
    -Mint shikanji
    -rosted chana
    11. Dinner
    Time - 6.30-7.00
    -moog dal dosa
    -moong dal chilla
    -grilled chicken
    -chicken Salad
    -weightloss roti
    - soya chap
    12. Night drink
    - jira tea
    Water + jira = 1 glass jira tea

    This is the only diet plan I can do as a hosteller....gonna start from today🤝

    If someone is looking forward to loose weight this is the perfect diet you can follow ... I am one who was trying to loose weight since long but was never able to do so but by following this diet I could loose weight very easily...       Morning drink fennel tea, 2 multigrain roti with any gravy vegetable,morning snack fruit or cucumber, lunch 1 bowl curd, evening snack green tea , dinner 1 bowl any gravy vegetable or 1 glass milk nd 3 litre water also .... nd 1 thing I wanna tell that half half cup 2 time milk tea with jaggery powder b Leti cos m tea addicted person so I can’t leave tea 🤪

    Wake up at 8 AM
    Must get 8hours of sleep
    1. Go to the washroom after getting up
    2. Drink a glass of detox water (lemon water)
    3. Eat breakfast :
    (Peanut butter banana sandwich) or (any other
    weight loss sandwich) And a cup of milk (must)
    4. Mid morning snack {between b.f & lunch}
    Fruit salad
    [Work out for 30 mins if you want]
    5. Lunch {around 1-1:30}
    Weight loss brown rice or salad
    6. Evening snack
    A glass of detox water and a small bowl of roasted chickpea
    7. Dinner {6:30-7}
    Egg (recipe given in her channel) OR
    weight grilled chicken OR weight loss chicken salad
    8. Night drink {9-9:30}
    Jeera Tea / Cumin Tea
    [Workout for 30 mins if you want]
    Then go to sleep

    Take 7-8 hrs of sleep
    Take 3-4 ltrs of water everyday
    No stress
    Do excercise daily (gym) nd half hour walk is a must 🌄
    Use washroom in morning first nd check weight daily
    Morning drink :2 glasses of water with acv nd lemon
    Walk for an half hour
    Breakfast:betrrot or cucumber with lemon juice everyday with 4 slices of white egg or peanut bread
    After 30 minutes take green tea
    Mid morning snack :any seasonal fruit
    Before lunch : green tea
    Lunch :take veggies with 1 tbso oil nd add brown rice 1 katoori
    Salads are must before lunch
    After 30 minutes:fennel water
    2 roti with sabzi lunch option
    Evening snack : 4 almonds soaked 1 walnut with green tea nd dahi
    Before dinner :green tea :
    Dinner : take yellow mong dal soak for 4 hrs nd then add dal in jar add green chilli ,ginger,cummin seeds ,salt, turmeric blend then roast on pan nd seeve with chutney
    Option 2 : 1 roti with chutney
    Option 3 : chicken salad
    Night drink :2 cup of water add cumin seeds until boil add little lemon ,cinamon ,acv,ginger
    Follow until get results
    U can cheat once in a month

    I was 73.7 kgs. Now I am 71.70 kgs in 2 days. Salad is must or it may lead to constipation. You may do yoga poses like Suryanamaskar, Talasana, Vakrasana and Pranayam. These are must. Your body needs to be more active to lose weight. Be consistent and determined. Surely you will lose. If I can they why not you.       6:30am→ walking (6-7kms)
      7:30am→ lemon with luke warm water
      9:00am→ breakfast (besan chila(2)/roti sabji/oats/bread and mango shake)
      11:00am→seasonal fruit
      1:30pm→lunch(roti sabji/rice with rajma or chanadal /w sabji/ quinoa)
      4:30pm→ green tea with roasted chana or corn
      5:30 pm→ HIIT Workout/strength training either of them
      6:45pm→lemon with luke warm water
      7:30 pm→ dinner(avoid roti in dinner...moong dal chila/besan chila with sabji)
      My favourite sweet if I craved for some was mango with curd try this you'll fall in love with dieting 🔥

    it's so hard to fix my sleep schedule because of quarantine. i gained almost 9+ kgs partly because going to sleep at 4 am. i am working out, avoiding junk food but i still can't fix my sleeping schedule. :(

      I was also like you. Trust me u can do it. Make sure to wake up early one morning. Don’t sleep in the noon. So that night you go sleep early. And continue this. I was a person who would sleep @5 but now I sleep early and wake up by 7-7:30.

      @@aachalvishwakrma8018 it is impossible to lose 5 kgs in 15 days. If you create a deficiency of 7000 cal through out a weak then you will lose 1 kg. And in 15 days you will lose maximum 2 kgs . So remember one thing slow but steady wins the race. ✌🏻
