I was 73.7 kgs. Now I am 71.70 kgs in 2 days. Salad is must or it may lead to constipation. You may do yoga poses like Suryanamaskar, Talasana, Vakrasana and Pranayam. These are must. it's so hard to fix my sleep schedule because of quarantine. i gained almost 9+ kgs partly because going to sleep at 4 am. i am working out, avoiding junk food but i still can't fix my sleeping schedule. :(
I was also like you. Trust me u can do it. Make sure to wake up early one morning. Don’t sleep in the noon. So that night you go sleep early. And continue this. I was a person who would sleep @5 but now I sleep early and wake up by 7-7:30.

@NOORE DARKSHA 5:30 am→ wake up and drink 1-2glass of water
6:30am→ walking (6-7kms)
7:30am→ lemon with luke warm water
9:00am→ breakfast (besan chila(2)/roti sabji/oats/bread and mango shake)
11:00am→seasonal fruit
1:30pm→lunch(roti sabji/rice with rajma or chanadal /w sabji/ quinoa)
4:30pm→ green tea with roasted chana or corn
5:30 pm→ HIIT Workout/strength training either of them
6:45pm→lemon with luke warm water
7:30 pm→ dinner(avoid roti in dinner...moong dal chila/besan chila with sabji)
My favourite sweet if I craved for some was mango with curd try this you'll fall in love with dieting 🔥

I was also like you. Trust me u can do it. Make sure to wake up early one morning. Don’t sleep in the noon. So that night you go sleep early. And continue this. I was a person who would sleep @5 but now I sleep early and wake up by 7-7:30.

@@aachalvishwakrma8018 it is impossible to lose 5 kgs in 15 days. If you create a deficiency of 7000 cal through out a weak then you will lose 1 kg. And in 15 days you will lose maximum 2 kgs . So remember one thing slow but steady wins the race. ✌🏻
