Hello again, so I have been following this diet. I noticed an instant 1kg reduction on day 2. I am assuming that was the water retention that got sorted. Post that there has been no change. I have been feeling very hungry esp during lunch hours. Yday I ate something extra bcos I felt very hungry even after eating my lunch. Today when I checked my weight, it was 150grams more. 😢 So today I haven't eaten anything extra but I am still feeling hungry. What do I do?
Hello, I tried this diet for 15 days and lost 3 kilos. I had to travel, so I couldn't follow all the recipes but I tried portion control and had morning drink and breakfast from this diet plan. Isi consistency k sath i hope reduced ho jaayega... maine last time weight reduce kiya tha ho gya tha lekin 8 to 10 hour's sitting mi vjh se phir se gain ho gya tha... so sath m yoga exercise at least 30 minutes is necessary..
