    Hello Dr. Shikha, I tried your oats paratha today and it tasted good with dahi. I will be trying your Dalia khichdi too today for lunch. I am overweight by ten kilos and have been stuck there for a long time. I will follow this diet from today and update after a month. Hoping for the best.

      Hello again, so I have been following this diet. I noticed an instant 1kg reduction on day 2. I am assuming that was the water retention that got sorted. Post that there has been no change. I have been feeling very hungry esp during lunch hours. Yday I ate something extra bcos I felt very hungry even after eating my lunch. Today when I checked my weight, it was 150grams more. 😢 So today I haven't eaten anything extra but I am still feeling hungry. What do I do?

      Hello, I tried this diet for 15 days and lost 3 kilos. I had to travel, so I couldn't follow all the recipes but I tried portion control and had morning drink and breakfast from this diet plan. Thankfully I have only gained 1/2kg after durga puja celebrations. I am restarting this diet again till Diwali to see how many kilos I lose this time. Keeping my fingers crossed. 🤞🏻

      Tahajjud ka waqt Fajr ke 30 min pahle Tak hota hai ab to winter season chal raha hai Fajr ka time bhi late hoga
      For example 5:30 Fajr ka waqt hai to 5 o'clock ko tahajjud padh liya karo

      From 10 kg to 40 kg of fat loss. Plus it's online so you can do it from the comfort of your house. No need to go to the gym or something which is not possible in our routine.
      Only 80% balanced meals, 20% exercise and education for 1 hour daily which is necessary. Which gives lots of encouragement and company as we are not alone in this journey.       @@pinks.4368 body structure m thoda change hua body dheere dheere shape m aa rhi... Abhi tk one month bhi nhi hua h... Isi consistency k sath i hope reduced ho jaayega... maine last time weight reduce kiya tha ho gya tha lekin 8 to 10 hour's sitting mi vjh se phir se gain ho gya tha... so sath m yoga exercise at least 30 minutes is necessary..

      @@pinks.4368 aap shuru kijiye.. shuru krna se hi baat bnegi kai logo ka rigid fat hota h to jaldi se impact nhi dikhta h dieting or exercise.. but dheere dheere ho jata h... so consistent rhna hoga... & best of luck 👍

    Hello mam, hume subah 4:30-4:45 tak uthana hi padta hai to morning drink and breakfast ke timing kya rakhe.
    Mam mera weight pichle 5 din se stuck hai, koi bhi diet lene se koi fark nhi pad rha weight na 100 gm upar gya 100 gm niche, please btaye konsi diet plan follow kre aur morning drink and breakfast ki kya timing kre?

    Amazing information about the diet. Youve got so much patience to explain with the demo. God bless you and your family.
    The only drawback is i cant use half if the ingredients out of which you demonstrated. Otherwise its wonderful but can substitute here and there and create my own varieties.
