    Hello Dr. Shikha, I tried your oats paratha today and it tasted good with dahi. I will be trying your Dalia khichdi too today for lunch. I am overweight by ten kilos and have been stuck there for a long time. I will follow this diet from today and update after a month. Hoping for the best.

      Hello again, so I have been following this diet. I noticed an instant 1kg reduction on day 2. I am assuming that was the water retention that got sorted. Post that there has been no change. I have been feeling very hungry esp during lunch hours. Yday I ate something extra bcos I felt very hungry even after eating my lunch. Today when I checked my weight, it was 150grams more. 😢 So today I haven't eaten anything extra but I am still feeling hungry. What do I do?

      Hello, I tried this diet for 15 days and lost 3 kilos. I had to travel, so I couldn't follow all the recipes but I tried portion control and had morning drink and breakfast from this diet plan. Thankfully I have only gained 1/2kg after durga puja celebrations. I am restarting this diet again till Diwali to see how many kilos I lose this time. Keeping my fingers crossed. 🤞🏻

      Tahajjud ka waqt Fajr ke 30 min pahle Tak hota hai ab to winter season chal raha hai Fajr ka time bhi late hoga
      For example 5:30 Fajr ka waqt hai to 5 o'clock ko tahajjud padh liya karo

    I got infected in the second wave of Corona, my lungs were completely damaged, its bad score was 40/40.
    I was on full oxygen in the ICU in the hospital for 2 months, after that I was on oxygen and ByPap machine at home for 3 months.
    I was confined to bed for about a year due to which my weight became around 110 kg. Now I have been trying to go out for the last one and a half year but my weight is not able to go below 95 kg.
    You tell me what should I do, when I talk to the doctor, he says that the effect of steroids is there, it will go away gradually but due to this obesity, there has been a difference in my daily working style and I get tired very quickly and I cannot walk much. Now you tell me how should I lose weight

Isi consistency k sath i hope reduced ho jaayega... maine last time weight reduce kiya tha ho gya tha lekin 8 to 10 hour's sitting mi vjh se phir se gain ho gya tha... so sath m yoga exercise at least 30 minutes is necessary..

    Hii mam , I m on my weight loss journey .I was 72 kg but jab maine start Kiya I loose about 4 kg in 1 month but mujhe ye samajh nahi aa raha ki morning mein weight Kam aata hai yesterday it was 65 kg but jaise hi 11 am mein phir se check kiya it was again 71 kg approx.kindly explain Aisa q ho raha hai ,and agar kahi mistake hai to wo bhi bataye so that I can rectify .
