Days 21 done after a break as I had my periods. Initially it was a bit. Difficult as I was doing yoga after 6 days but later I made it. All posters I could done but ardha chandrasan was a bit difficult but U did it. Thanks🌹 ma'am.
Day 21✔️ Was not able to straighten my legs, Some problem in Ardha Chandrasan (I hope I am remembering the name right), Not able to touch the floor while straightening and extending the legs at the same time. In Utkasana, not able to hold it till 10 counts, There were some problem but that's okay, I hope to do well with each passing day. Thank you :)

Ardachandrasana i completely lost. Unable to do. Till that I was fine and perfect. Legs up also can't able to do If you suggest any preparatory Asanas for these two postures it will be great. And Thankyou very much for all your sessions. I feel you are guiding by being next to me. Such a clear explanation.

I have lost my balance in moving up the legs straight that is harmstring Or something like that(i exactly don't know the name of the posture😝). At other poses I was not excellent but atleast pretty good to balance body in the postures. But i can not straighten my legs due to low flexibility. Soon I will achieve that🥰🥰. Warrior 3 was a bit of a challenge but I managed to get back into it. I like these balancing poses, my legs need to be stronger and I need to develop better balance. Thank you, Preeti.

The yoga practice here and in last few videos was very intense..i felt so weak after the practice. I think there should be some pauses in between the practice.

24:30...... i rocked down on my spine. 🤣🤣🤣 That was super funny, I laughed out. 😂😂 But I held it same way as I remembered once you taught that pose to us. (straightening legs over head, lying on spine )

Hi I am doing yoga as per your series. I feel relaxed and flexible. However when I do balancing yoga I feel pain from my hipbone till ankle after such asanas. Which kind of balancing asanas should I do?? Which will not give me this pain. Otherwise I don’t feel discomfort with other asanas.
Done 💕.. But the last but one holding the three fingers and leaning back and straightening legs.. Not able to..falling back really sad.. How can I get balance for that...

Very difficult to balance on one leg while raising the other leg .I used a table and a cot as props and just managed.zsweating like anything today
