This was a new experience for me. Felt a good stretch in my thighs. In some poses, I was not able to the full pose as you described. But overall felt very good after today’s session. Thank you.

I had a three days break.. since i got my period,, I did day11 today.. for some reason I was feeling v sleepy.. i actually had a small nap while holding the poses...when u wld speak I wld come back to reality... I guess I am really tired.. or my body was relaxing with the stretches hence making me feel sleepy...
