I didn't think I would be able to do the shoulder stand, the first time I raised my legs up,, but wasn't able to lift my back... Then i rewinded the video , n tried it again,, second time it happened perfectly.. was able to hold it... Thank you so much.
Day 26 done :) initially I could achieve shoulder stand.. but then eventually I did.. I just felt by body so light while doing it! Ready for day 27. Thanks
Completed my 26 day. Thank you preeti for the guidance. Completed the 10 day transformation journey . Was amazing. I get severe back pain when I do the fish pose. Should I avoid the pose. Otherwise,enjoying the session overall.

Preeti ur sessions are refreshing and relaxing. Could u plz make a Vedio on pranayama, which is very much essential at this time amidst peak of COVID, pranayama helps in lung expansion The vedio will be helpful for most population at this time
Hi Preeti, I enjoyed practicing with you every day, but I have one concern. I found that after completing this challenge, I'm about to loose 1 to 2 kg weight. I am not much healthier and not much skinny type of person. My weight is very normal and can't afford to loose it. I do yoga just for fun, and to improve my focus so is it advisable to keep practicing!?? Or I have to focus on simple stretching only!?? Please provide your guidance on that. Thanks for your tutorials.
