What you should do is an in-depth study into the band’s obsession with the occult, anti-Christ imagery/symbols, and Danny’s cult-like fascination with Aleister Crowley. Idk why Tool is so celebrated when celebs, scientists, and etc are constantly exposed for their obsession and belief in the occult. Danny Carey has every Crowley book ever written and he’s admitted to his dad being a Freemason and practicing black magick… lol, I mean, how much more evil does it get? Danny reveres Crowley and this is a man who wrote about sacrificing children and engaging in some of the most depraved sexual acts known to man. With the same sex, with children, and with animals, and he celebrates Crowley? Chapter 3, verse 12 states in Crowley’s book of the law to, “sacrifice cattle, little and big, AFTER a child.” Those are his own words written.
Oh no, freemasonry *and* magick?! So evil and scary! Seriously though, Crowley definitely was a depraved pervert, but most of his stuff is metaphor, or encoded. Not to say he wasn't a degenerate, but he wasn't nearly as sinister as many people like to believe. Besides, being curious about, or even being a fan of someone who is genuinely evil, doesn't necessarily mean you yourself are evil.
Anti Christ ? Have you listened to opiate and opiate 2 lol it's an invocation for Christ. You get these people that hear the word occult and immediately think danger it's evil. That's just nonsense. While their is duality in Magick it's not rocket science to see they are on God's side and are not practicing evil Magick. Also Crowley had amazing work until a point. When he summoned Choronzon he claimed to have won the fight but he clearly didn't. Because after that night he turned Evil. Anyone who goes against choronzon and loses will be dead spiritually and will become evil. His work before this night was divine
@@dmturner58 Are you kidding me? The only album that speaks positively about Christ or just teachings associated with Christ’s teachings is 10,000 Days, as it’s a sort of memorial to Maynard’s mother, who was a devout Christian. Opiate criticizes “weak-willed” people who “need” an authority like figure to follow and he uses Christianity(/Christ) as an example to deliver that message. He literally says that him and his “god” want to r*pe the weak-willed person he’s criticizing in the song, lol.
@@jambi5096 I appreciate you chancing a critical perspective among a sea of useful idiot worshipers. Tool fans pride themselves on their free-thought and yet they gobble this demonic alchemical/masonic trash like candy. The alchemical esotericism they're espousing is the exact same strain practiced by the insane global elite. Makes 'Fear Inoculum' even more sus given its thematic foreshadowing of C19
@@benjaminkemper5876 Lol for real. I can absolutely, 100% guarantee you that at least 2 members of the band think these kinds of videos are hilarious. This is absolute rabbit-hole nonsense.
@@Sgubby I think it is, and it isn't. I do think they lace their music and time signatures with all kinds of symbolic stuff, it's actually pretty evident in many cases. I believe it's done almost mostly for the 'muse' aspect of it, and a passing interest in the occult and self-improvement. I also think you can look WAY too hard and find all kinds of ridiculous stuff that isn't there. One of these earlier videos mentioned that the album was released 17 days ago lmao, like ok and tomorrow it will be 18, wtf? I think looking too deep, or assuming that it takes some kind of super intellect to plot this stuff out is really dumb though. In fact it's kinda the opposite, you give yourself a 'map' of sorts and then write accordingly, and let everyone feel like they are in on some secret when they start to pick it apart. Same goes for believing that it's somehow imbued with spiritual properties or keys just because it has an occult concept as it's roots. I'm not much of a Tool fan to be really honest, especially earlier stuff, but Danny is an insanely talented drummer and I can appreciate the effort that goes into each project. My main gripe here, not that it matters what I want to complain about, is the number of people under these videos quoting old lyrics as though they were some kind of religious scripture. I'm sure the band would have a laugh at that, in fact I'm sure they have a good laugh at many of their fans in more ways than that.
Its turning into a cult. They make awesome music but Jesus these people think this shit is the be all end all. Motherfuckers need to find a new band to liston too
these things are all just imagery for a very simple message relating to humanity's need to be excellent to each other. that's really all this whole thing is about. these are just tools (no pun intended) to get us there.
Not to mention that 7 is a time signature played all over this album AND this video is the part 3 in the series. 3 x 7 = 21 21 is the length of this video.
For some reason this rave about tool is like an alchemical version of an isorythmic motet from the 13th century, where they extended the talea of the initial section into the entire structure of the composition. There are parallels with this numerical structure.
Fear inoculum also released exactly 13.3369 years to the date of 10,000 Days release. Nevertheless you taught me a whole lot more than I ever knew about all of this. Thank you is the least I could say.
So my question is this - Are the members of Tool sitting around a table figuring these numerical sequences out OR are they be guided by divine forces? Perhaps there are other explanations as well...
I recommend reading the Official Tool Newsletters that Blaire McKenzie Blake wrote. He's a close friend of Danny's specifically and gives much information in these letters. Danny has openly stated he conjured a demon into existence and trapped it in his "Lodge". It gives him short parables similar to the in Crowley's work. Solomons Seal being present in the beginning of their career is a big clue. Anyone who's read the Greater Key of Solomon or the ars Goetia will see similarities at their concerts. It's a ritual not a concert. This is where we get woo woo . Rosetta stoned. Guy smokes DMT and learns about the end of the world. "Somniferous almond eyes don't even know what that means must remember to write it down". Well I'm pretty sure it's me. About a year ago my "wall" gave me the message and showed me everything in great detail. Shiva and Kali are the one who is bright and blue and shimmering and grinning wide. My profile picture lol
@@dmturner58 I will definitely look into your recommendation DM T. I have known for some time that Mr. Carey has unlocked some of the hidden aspects of the Mysteries. I agree that Tool’s performance is more of a ritual than sheer entertainment! Thanks again.
From revolver magazine: “There are people who think we’re wizards - everything, every number we use, has a hidden meaning and a message,” Tool’s Adam Jones tells Revolver with a laugh. “It’s just not true. There are elements of that, but not that complex.” To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the band’s 2001 opus, Lateralus, we talked to the guitarist about the fights, side projects, epic jams and math formulas behind the prog-metal masterpiece. So is Adam Jones trolling us, or is ToolArchive trolling us?

This is really crazy. I wonder how long it took you to make this video great job.
You are incredible
Over thinking. Over analyzing. Separates the body from the mind.
How many cringe Tool fans are going to comment this on these videos? Bunch of lemmings.
@@benjaminkemper5876 Lol for real. I can absolutely, 100% guarantee you that at least 2 members of the band think these kinds of videos are hilarious. This is absolute rabbit-hole nonsense.
@@benjaminkemper5876 About 46; maybe a couple more.
Motherfuckers need to find a new band to liston too
They're just really good rock songs man - holy crap !!!!
Or it's prophetic lol wierd the polarity of what it could be
Tool is akin to Finnegans Wake in many ways. Cryptic yet rewarding.
Background music plz??
please, if you can, put subtitles in pt-br
i love your channel
You made so much insight that with this for me tool is really like the supreme ultimate rock band for the save of humanity, what a fucking band dude
Video length & published date 👀
Does anyone know what concert he took the background music from? I need to know that tune Justin is playing.
I appreciate the time and effort put into this masterpiece! All coincidence?
I dont believe so.
This whole video is a summary of tool fans. This is what I show my non tool fan friends that wonder how other fans are.
Any update on the video mentioned at 14:13 thank you for all that you do
These videos are seriously Life. 👌🏍️ Finnnally a map to the madness ! 😭 More plz maybe a Lateralus etc series... ;)
these things are all just imagery for a very simple message relating to humanity's need to be excellent to each other.
that's really all this whole thing is about.
these are just tools (no pun intended) to get us there.
And our ability to party on, dudes.
"be excellent to each other", isn't that from Bill & Ted?
@@Jack-ot1zq Ha.
@@williamcozart8158 someone studied their classic 80s movies...
Not to mention that 7 is a time signature played all over this album AND this video is the part 3 in the series.
3 x 7 = 21
21 is the length of this video.
saludos de Chile ♥️🇨🇱🤟🔥
Deep and true.
the union of 6 and 9

nice
And now you know why that number is important
The way to succeed, and the way to suck eggs.
It has seemed to clear away depression for me.
For some reason this rave about tool is like an alchemical version of an isorythmic motet from the 13th century, where they extended the talea of the initial section into the entire structure of the composition. There are parallels with this numerical structure.
3:14 nice
Great work man. This video gave me chills when you started talkin about the pyramids. 🕉
@ToolArchive, where can I learn more about the Master Element?
I was there in Arizona
Fear inoculum also released exactly 13.3369 years to the date of 10,000 Days release. Nevertheless you taught me a whole lot more than I ever knew about all of this. Thank you is the least I could say.
Also close to 10,000 days from Opiate
do you have this background track/ loop in a separate link? Or what is the origin from?
Is there more content to come ?
Fear Inoculum is their best work and will continue to unpack its themes over the next decade+ just as Lateralus did at its release.
Both of them are trolling us
I had to smoke a massive, fas ass joint to even watch this..and. even my mind in. that state can't even understand this.
which show are the visuals from ? any link to the full thing ?
If this is true, no wonder it took 13 years to get an album made.
They should just jam out, MJK sing and put it out for us. Maybe good old songs about butt stuff or something.
