Thanks for your detailed podcast. I´m an intermediate calisthenics athlete (can do 50kg weighted pullups) and your podcast was very useful for me to plan the next steps in my training schedule. Kudos for your points on "rest" weeks, they do wonders for my progression and useful to hear practical variations on "resting".
I am so tired with my push progression (cmon I can do 30kg weighted pull ups but cant do about 4 proper archer push ups but yeah I can do 4 archer pulls as well🫠); I am thinking of totally removing my push days and instead make it rest days so that I can help my pull movements progress much faster instead .What do you suggest I should do?

Planche,front-lever. Progress slower than old fart
