Victoria, Alicia from Spain, why don't you make your own evaporated milk, I found it on another channel and it is sooooo simple, they just boiled heavy whipping until half it's quantity and done. Try it, I'm sure it contains much less carbs.
Back in the 1960s my parents made our baby formula with evaporated milk.
So easy and I love the taste! Thank you!

Hi Victoria. My favorite cookie from my childhood (now 71), were molasses cookies. Can I just make my mother’s recipe with your keto flour or do I have to adjust other ingredients? Do you have a molasses cookie recipe you could recommend? Thank you
In all, 36 crabs spead over a week or two for coffee, isn't bad. That's 18 per week. Cant beat it, especially if your using heavy cream, which is getting costly. I'll try this , this week .
The price of heavy cream is crazy.
Ok, Hope you enjoy this. It’s a little late and I saw Victoria posted so while I watched her, I glanced at the comments. Victoria didn’t actually mention the ingredients until almost half through so I had plenty of time to read. Victoria mention this milk had a special ingredient. One commenter said she was Bahamian and was very familiar with this recipe. I’m wondering, ok what is it? Then I see your comments about spreading 36 crabs over a week and I’m thinking, ok you are kidding, crabs in this.!? What!? (Like I said it’s a little late and I’m the queen of typos but I laughed after at myself)
I would probably have to make this and then use HWC to make something more similar to half and half because I can't stand watery looking coffee. This is simply watered down milk since the typical ratio is one can to the same amount of milk. I'm not putting it down, but everyone has different taste buds. And my coffee whiteness is important to my mental health!😂
I would add that this is about the same amount of carbs per cup as Fairlife or Carbmaster at a fraction of the cost!

Kroger sells carb master milk, 3g carb per cup. It's not gormet but it'll do. I want to try this though, sounds yummy.

@@accountname5626 just checked the ingredients...2% carbmaster is... ultra filtered non-fat milk, cream, lactase enzyme (for lactose free ) sucralose , vit A and Vit D.. some choose not to consume sucralose, but not everyone. excluding that, the remaining ingredients are pretty clean..

There were no dairies where I grew up in Alaska, so milk was always canned or powdered. Hopefully, they've improved the taste in 70 years, because I thought it was disgusting to drink, although fine for baking. When it's your only option, you make do.

I made this milk. Although I didn’t like the taste or smell. I am excited to try it with your Einkorn flour blend in hopes that they will revolutionize my keto diet as I hate the mealy texture of almond flour. I just got all the Einkorn flour ingredients and am so excited. The first recipe I am going to make is your single serve bread slice and compare it to an almond flour single serve recipe from another channel. Then I’m going to make your “Fluffy Crust” Pizza. Yum! Bought the glass jar you used to make the milk in - love it. If you could please, please, please continue to develop a baking sweetener blend that does not contain Xylitol (which many people avoid) or Stevia (which I also hate). Love your channel and appreciate all your hard work.😍

We used this recipe growing up. I remember my Dad opening a can of halved peaches, pouring this milk over top and crushing vanilla wafers on top for a late night snack. Also used it for cereal and a lot of other recipes. My Mom used to make a pudding with stale soda crackers, peaches, raisins, this milk and sugar. Brings back so many memories. if you have city water, let your water sit out overnight covered with a cloth. The chemicals used in doing whatever they do to the water evaporate off....much better tasting.

About the glass bottle, one of our small bulk food stores sells a non homogenized, milk in those bottles. You pay a deposit because you're supposed to take them back for re-use when you purchase your next bottle of milk. I didn't keep buying it because it was pricey, but I did keep 2 of the bottles. They're old fashioned and nostalgic in my opinion.

She uses evaporated milk to make it. Are you wanting to take her milk made with evaporated milk, to make evaporated milk?
Do you mean condensed milk? That’s a little different than evaporated milk because it has more sweeteners in it. And it’s thicker.

I make my Greek yogurt using canned milk all the time. It turns out so good and creamy.

If you make a cake that is asking for a cup of milk....then in a cake you slice up in 8 to 10 pieces...you divide up all the carbs. Plus this would be adding an added flavor to the recipes. If you look at real milk...how much carb is in a cup?
