*YOURS is the ONLY Keto recipe channel that I trust for truly doable, delicious keto recipes.* Others promise the moon -- but deliver mostly mediocre, or worse, horribly disappointing, inedible results -- that waste my precious time and expensive keto ingredients. Will definitely try this. NOTE: I did try it. Doubled the recipe. I suggest a pinch of salt to bring out the flavor. WONDERFUL and super easy clean-up. Tastes like the real thing made with regular sugar. BE CAREFUL: It is so delicious you will be tempted eat a huge bowl of it. Allulose can cause digestive upset in some people.

I made vanilla ice cream last night. I ordered vanilla bean powder from amazon and used about a quarter teaspoon of that along with a half teaspoon of vanilla extract. Next time, I'll add more vanilla bean powder. I couldn't wait to try it... I haven't had any decent ice cream in more than two years. I ended up eating about half of it after lunch today! It's been so long since I had anything as good as this. And it was so easy to make. 5 stars all the way. Kudos for this wonderful recipe.

I see a lot of comments regarding using different sweeteners. The reason allulose is a good sweetener is it doesn’t freeze so it keeps ice cream soft the same as cane sugar. Alcohol also can help to keep ice cream soft, but. Not always good for keto. So you can use other sweeteners but you will have to remember to pull out of the freezer to temper before scooping or get yourself a Ninja creami that does work.

Bless you! We’ve made this and it’s incredible! We used Goalz Allulose chocolate chips, Wholesome Yum liquid Allulose, and Wholesome Yum’s powdered Allulose sweetener. It was scoopable and tasted “just like the real thing”! We haven’t have any sugar (and thus no ice cream) since starting Keto 8 months ago. This was an incredible treat that we will make again and again.

Thanks for this amazing and easy recipe that tastes great and takes 5 minutes to make. I really didn’t believe it would work, because it seemed too simple and easy, but it is truly delicious and does not get icy. Even my diabetic teen son and picky husband both said it is fantastic. It is a powdered combination of Allulose, Stevia and Monk Fruit (no sugar alcohols). Since Stevia is in it, I only did 1/8 of a cup so as not to overwhelm things. I have been experimenting with my own ice cream recipes and haven't used the liquid/granular allulose combo yet. I have been using xylitol & guar gum. Would I substitute the granular allulose at a 1:1 ratio (allulose to xylitol)? I don't know how the two compare for sweetness. I also use a churner to enhance the smoothness factor. BTW- I concur: yours is the best keto website on the web. Thank you for your commitment to keeping it keto!

One cup (238 grams) of heavy whipping cream contains 6.5 grams of carbohydrates. Heavy whipping cream is mostly fat, which makes it high in calories and rich in minerals, choline, and fat-soluble vitamins.

I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m pretty confident that you can make liquid allulose by adding hot water to allulose until the allulose is completely dissolved.
My guess is liquid allulose is way more concentrated than a 1:1 or 1:2 simple syrup.
