Hey there! Glad you enjoyed this my friend! You are so kind. These acrylic nails could last up to two weeks or more depending on what kind of activities I do during that time. Definitely no water or dishwashing. To extend the life of them I will paint them.

Oh my goodness, I just can't believe how neat and clean and beautiful your natural nails look like after so much acrylic used on them!!! Just WOW!! And she dare say 'my nails do not look at their best shape'!! Mine are all yellowish all over, and I didn't even get to use real acryilic ever! Absolutely fascinating video! I've always wanted to see how acrylic nails can be applied ! Your method seems so very much easier and nicer compared to everything I've seen on youtube tutorials. Fat chance for me to ever be able to do that on my own, though! I'm rather clumsy, unfortunately! When you first got those special utensils out of your purse, I had the impression I was in an operation room , looked like a surgeon's utensils , my oh my! 😁

Hi Rebecca! I love this video, great job as usual! I remember the clippers were like what they used at the salon i used to go to, ill look on amazon. Ill look for the glue as well and files! Ive been doing my own nails probably longer than you but you are more knowledgeable than I! I have a couple crooked nails as well and did some bad damage by trying to take my nails off too hasty......i wasnt useing the jar with the acetone just prying little by little.....oh, I bought the acetone jug and extra acetone like you about three weeks ago thanks to you! I also made the xmas ball with card stock circles! Love you! Kelly

Rebecca, I've been doing my nails the exact same way for years. The Kiss brand is the best in my opinion. Any others bend and break. I love them. It's so affordable and easy as you said. Your nails are always so pretty!💅💕

Ughhhh I loveeee this video! I love nails, I'm an admin of a nail wrap group haha so very immersed in nail things ❤️❤️❤️ have you ever tried mineral fusion? Some of the ladies in my group have removed the acetone from that container and filled it with mineral fusion. It's a non-acetone remover but it works sooooo well while being a lot less drying on the nails( there are other non-acetone removers but they don't compare) Only struggle is price wise, it's a bit spensy but I often have gotten lucky and found some at marshalls and tj's on sale. However, main point, fabulous fabulous video per usual. I've watched it 5 times and made it through the first time because I really wanted to see but have fallen fast asleep each time after 😂.

I been wanting to try doing my nails. I have healthy and fast growing nails but I just dont want to paint them because I'm bad at it, is it weird to want to use acrylics? I might have to, but once again great video! Your talking videos are so soothing, you just have such a relaxing and kind personality! Much love!
I would highly recommend that you do not use acrylic nails. If you have fast growing, natural nails, then you are one of the few blessed in this world. Acrylic nails tend to damage your natural nails. It just isn’t worth it. However, if you were going to do it for a short time just for fun, by all means give it a go. Just don’t leave them on for that long. 😀😀😀
I'm always nervous about getting acrylic nails again. I used to where them. But it made my own nails so unhealthy and very fragile. But I've actually been blessed with having my natural nails to grow long and strong on they're own my whole life. But you do such a beautiful job Rebecca. Your nails always look gorgeous. Oh I forgot this is Rebekka again. Not Timothy. Sorry.
Oh I know all about that Rebekka! As I said in the video, I have to take long breaks from my nails so they can recover and breathe. Mine are quite fragile also. And they have never been good nails in the first place. You are so lucky. If you don’t need them, don’t wear them! They are not good for you.

If you buy nail foils from amazon, you can soak the little pad in the remover solution, and wrap all ten nails at the same time, let them soak off inside the foil, and save some time 👍😊

In all your videos I'd be thinking, Rebecca has such nice perfect nails. i did not know they were acrylic. I like the shape and french. ( not a fan of the pointy ones out there now) any way, i have soft yuk nails and my feet look better than my hands. no lie. i do my toes but not my hands but I really want to try these. * years, & years, ago I did nails for friends etc the kind with the liquid & powder. I was good at putting them other people but OMG trying to do my right hand!! 😖 horrible. so I gave up. maybe ill have a bit better luck w these? maybe I'll finish the rest of the video b4 I decide 😊

Just before the pandemic hit I was going to a nail salon. Good thing I was forced to quit going because my natural nails were a wreck. With the kits, I can just take them off and give my nail beds a rest. I may never go to a salon again. 🤷🏻♀️ You don’t need to watch the whole video to make up your mind. Just do it. There is nothing to lose but 5-10 $. 👏🏻👍🏻😀😀😀

Oh absolutely! You cannot do dishes when you have acrylic nails. Water is your mortal enemy. Not to mention any kind of hard labor.

How long do your nails stay on with that fastbond glue that you use? I've looked everywhere for a decent glue, but they always last less than a week for me. For once I'd like for them to last over a week or more. 😅 thank you for another great video of yours. 🖤
I can make my nails last up to three weeks. This kind of glue certainly helps. But the trick is in having your nailbed be completely oil free. You must wash your hands thoroughly or dip your nails in acetone prior to application of glue and nails, as I explained in the video. Your nails will not last more than a week if you are doing very rough activities or getting your hands in water. You must avoid water and hard manual labor to make your nails last. Anyway, it’s the best glue I’ve ever used. Good luck Reyna!

Did you ever use Lee Press On Nails in the 80s?
I would be gifted the children's press on nails with the double-sided sticker "glue", I was a kid after all, but, I would save the stickers and beg to get the Lee brand since they looked more realistic due to the simple colors. I would stick the extras and the larger ones to my toenails as a joke, and even told my family _This will be style soon. Just wait_ and wouldn't you know it, the early 2000's brought just that, press-on nails for your toes! 😂 I was twenty years ahead of my time!

I can make a set last for two weeks or longer depending on my nail growth.
Where do you buy the nail glue?
The nail glue I am using this video was ordered off of Amazon. Otherwise, the glue comes in the packages of nails.

I want to ask, why you didn't do gel or polygel nails ? You do this way because it's simple ? Just question , I am manicurist :)
First of all, I have no clue what gel or poly gel is. 😂 I have been to a salon many a time to have acrylic tips applied and acrylic powder filled in. I like the pink and whites. But ever since the coronavirus I have been doing them myself in the best way I know how. This is the quickest and easiest.
Since you are a manicurist, you might understand if I tell you that my nail beds are super short naturally and my nails do not grow out quickly. Plus my nail beds are small and crooked. So the acrylic nails make my nails look altogether more full and straight. Does that make any sense to you? 🙏🏻😀

These are not acrylic nails.
These are press on nails... they say they're acrylic infused because the tip looks blended like real acrylic, the acrylic nail system is made with powder and monomer sculpted.
I understand what you’re trying to tell me. Most press on nails are made of an acrylic resin. But my title could be misleading. I believe I will change the wording. I sure hope that you mean well with your comment.

@@RebeccasBeautifulASMRAddictionyou look like you have nice nail skills you should try doing powder and liquid nails.they are cheaper more sturdy, last longer and look better. You can get a full kit of young nails for 50 uses for 150$
These usually cost 10$ and don't last as long, i like CND acrylic supplies too. I learnt how to master the skill in less than 10 days lol you don't need an e-file or fancy stuff.
