- Decorate with me! Fall is such a beautiful season and I like to bring it indoors. I tried some different things this year even though it was all the same decorations. Each year I like to switch it up a bit. I hope you will be mesmerized by the beauty of fall colors & I hope you will enjoy the sounds.
And the sounds will be: Dishes, faux foliage & fruit, wood & pinecones, baskets, cloth napkins & crackling fireplace. Soft spoken voice.

This video just feels like a nice warm hug. I hope i can give the same feeling of a cozy festive house to my children...whenever I have them.
I am sure that you will be able to convey love to your children in the most honest and best way you can. That’s all any of us can do. But it sure is nice to be able to have a style and ambience that is memorable. I hope you feel hugged! 😀🤗
I can't tell you how much I love the crackling fire, it's got to be one of my favorite sounds in the world. I love the sounds of the baskets, I fell asleep to this one pretty quickly, but I'm coming back to watch again and comment.

Your house looks so cozy! Reminds me of my Nana's house, I always loved visiting her. She had an old fashioned wood burning stove and I loved the smell it made when she would light it.

There were a couple of times that you'd place items and I'd like it, but you change it and make it even better. I almost fell out of my chair when I saw the bite in the apple😂. Absolutely priceless. For small ironing jobs like the little flippy corner on the oven towel it's easy to use flat iron. Just use one that you don't use on your hair anymore. It's so useful for small things like that flippy thing, shirt collars, and cuffs. ♥️

A pumpkin is considered a squash and a gourd. Pumpkin is very close in nature and taste to butternut squash.

I’m so happy this video brought good memories to you. It sounds like much of your family is gone or away. That’s hard. I have been without my family for many years. Holiday times are hard, because you miss the things you did with your family. Each family has traditions like you do with yours. For example, you decorate. That's something that I miss now, terribly, so your video just brought back the good memories for me.

I just want you to know that I am shook with empathetic feelings. 😢 I have often wondered how I would go on if I lost my entire family. Especially because I have been separated geographically for so many years. But you are living it. Nostalgia and memories have to be bittersweet. 😔
@@RebeccasBeautifulASMRAddiction I'm pushing 59 years old. I had a real small family. What relatives I knew ( or wanted to know ) through my life, slowly passed away. My grandparents, uncles, aunts, and both my parents. I've got one aunt left but she's not blood kin, just through marriage. I lost my Ma suddenly in 2016, and my Dad died from Leukemia 9 months later. That was it for my family. ( I have distant cousins, but never met them, and they're not worth meeting ) So, it's just me now. Traditions mean a lot to me. Seeing your video reminded me of my Ma, who was my life and my world. The Lord took her to be with Him, and I miss her terribly. She loved to decorate, and to bake, especially baking. And her only son loved to eat, so that made her happy. When the Lord Jesus has the Marriage Supper, I pray my Ma will be doing the baking.
Thank you for sharing and answering my curiosity. We are quite close in age. I am 60. Lost mom and dad years ago. But I have lots of other family. In Montana. Northern California. Now here.

Rebecca your decorating is absolutely beautiful. You really have such amazing taste. And a true talent. I'm sure your granddaughter loves this. You mentioned not knowing how to get stains out. I'm from Ireland, so I'm not sure if use have it in USA or if there's something similar of a different name. But here we have a thing called ace bleach, it is truly amazing and works wonders. It even takes red wine stains out of anything. Xo

Now, I have to tell you, I don't miss Tennessee. I will remember it and my home fondly, for sure. All those years spent trying to fit in. I just never did. But I am home now. California is so familiar and I can go outside at anytime with ease and comfort. No torrential rain or humidity. I am in absolute heaven with this weather. Which is so much different than Southern California. What part of California did you visit? Where are you from?
